The location and the gentleman at the reception The breakfast is horrendous,the hotel itself is very old and not being maintained as should be! The bathroom is disgusted, and the vibes when you’re there inside, is very bad! The location is excellent and the gentleman at the reception is helpful,bless him!

The location and it was clean. No hot water - the water got only lukewarm warm (at best). The appliances in the bathroom were rusty. Breakfast was a sorry affair: one sort of cheese, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, hard boiled eggs. Instant coffee. There was a kettle in the room, but the power cord was too short to reach the outlet. The room itself smelled rather stuffy - everything saw way better days probably 20 years ago. The receptionist told me to park infront of the hotel and then next morning someone from the hotel reported my car to the rental company because it seems they forgot that he told me to park there.

Ahmed was very accommodating and helpful. The location was great! Walking distance to the shops, resto, and bus station. The breakfast view was also great, you can see the temple while sipping your tea.?? None. Considering the price, none!!

The lobby area looks fancy and staff is very pleasant and helpful. I had some complaints and staff was great to match part of my requests. Room disappoints when compared to what you read on Booking.com. Was promised a room with balcony facing a garden, but they don’t have a garden in the premises and no room would face a garden. Breakfast is very very simple. You’d normally expect a better breakfast as Booking.com really advertises the free breakfast as a highlight of the place. Room seems to have been designed in a very simple way to abide to very minimum requirements. My room did not have a kettle and I had to chase staff to get the AC control, as it was not initially in the room. Bathroom was quite tight.

Perfect position, close to all the main attractions and very easy to reach by car. Easy to park. For one or two nights is perfect

Great location, super friendly staff. I asked about laundry and we got a load done for a very reasonable price. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast area up on the roof had a really nice view. No complaints. Maybe the shower stall was a little small? If I had to nitpick.

Very hot room. Only one aircon in the whole apartment which was not sufficient to cool the room off. No swimming after 1

The property care taker was an elderly man who tried his best to help . Nothing worked . 3 rooms were changed as opening the room with the key was tricky. A/C did not work properly - has to be tinkered a lot . It seems property occupancy is poor (only our room was occupied in the floor) hence it has not been maintained well

The location was perfect for visiting Ephesus, the Temple of Artemis and close to all the restaurants in Selcuk. The gentleman on reception was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included- which was an added bonus on my departure day! It is next to a mosque, so the 5am call to prayer was my alarm each morning! That being said, the room was peaceful and well-equipped (though I had coffee/cups but no kettle- it was too hot to need.one!)

Very good location. Near the bus station The staff was very helpfull and friendly. We are not fuzzy travelers and althoug the hotel was a bit old we had a nice stay a clean room and bathroom is all we needed! Thanks to all the staff for your friendly attitude and help The breakfast could have had more options. Other than that we were satisfied

Staffs are so helpful in everything. Though I arrived at 6:30 in the morning of my booking, I was offered to have breakfast. Location is perfect. Just 5 minutes walk from the bus station. Lots of restaurants and cafes are nearby. Hot shower is so nice. Blankets were a little dirty and smelling.
