Very helpful staff, fluent English, lovely decor throughout, spacy family room, nearby historic site, and the neighborhood is not too touristy like others. Situated across from a delicious Borek "bakery".

Excellent location, very clean, towels changed daily, huge bathroom

The staff at Ephesus Centrum were so kind and accommodating. They helped me with any question I had and made my stay so pleasant. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The AC was good and the water pressure in the bathroom was great and strong. It is in a very convenient location with lots of restaurants close by, as well as the bus station. It was easy to get to Ephesus and other places like Sirince. Overall a great stay. The lighting in the bathroom could be brighter.

Location: city center near bus and railway station, however quiet, not loud at all. Room: big, cozy and comfortable. Wardrobe, closet is not too comfortable. A separate closet/armoire would be better to have. That's just a suggestion, not a complaint.)

I stayed in the female dorm. It was cool and comfortable. The bathroom was large and clean and there is a small fridge to store some things. The owners were welcoming. Would stay again :)

Bed is super clean and comfortable. I could sleep well and get a good rest. I also get good blanket when i feel the weather gets cold, then I slept well. Room is large so I could relax. I really love this place. Good location too, convenient. Receptionist / staff is very nice.

Good location, good breakfast Sparse room, no suggestions about how to drive in to avoid market day traffic.

We stayed at this hotel for visiting Ephesus. The 4th-floor room had a wonderful view. In the evening, the minaret of the nearby mosque and the ancient castle on the hilltop in the distance — lit up with lights — formed a beautiful picture. It was truly stunning! The hotel wasn't very crowded, so our original room with two single beds was upgraded to a large family room with three beds (sleeping five). The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also good. The decor feels a bit dated.

Wonderful location. The staff is amazing. They helped me with everything!! Thank you to the reception staff!! I will definitely return to your hotel very soon. ?
-
Best location helpful staff great rooms (huge) and easy access to everything! I’m a repeat guest over many years and I love this hotel.

Busy central area but not too touristy.

Turkish hospitality at its best, with personal attention and a heartfelt response to a polite, experienced travellers, who never tries to put the host "in his place". Cause it's you who is literally in his place now. Great location, too! We were in the area to see Ephesus, and we had a car, so it was the best choice we could have made within our budget. Bigger elevator? Just kidding. Small lifts are common in Turkey. In general, I highly recommend seeing Turkey – you see where our civilization came from, in big part. AND I LIKE OUR CIVILIZATION! ;)

Well located, near everything. Bedroom was fine, clean, comfortable. Shower worked well, we had no issues. Good price. Nothing. It is a simple hotel but it covers all the basics well.
-
Just about everything was great about the property. The staff is very pleasant and let us check in early for a modest fee. The owner is rock minor and has some amazing specimens on display. Bathroom could have better ventilation so it doesn’t get so steamy.

Friendly helpful staff, spacious clean room, and a great location.

Great value for money. The hotel is located in the city center with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The train and bus stations are also very close. Friendly staff provide a lot of information and a map of the tourist attractions in the region. The room and bathroom are basic and old style, but clean, spacious and confortable. There is a small fridge and kettle in the room. They also provided a bottle of water at arrival. Lots of nice Cristals at the reception. There is an elevator to go to the higher floors which is very convinient. Only minor things that might not impact your trip : The internet is slow and paper with information about train is not very clear and should be updated.

Location When we returned exhausted from a full-day tour, the bed was not made, the trash had not been taken out, and the towels were still wet. They do not provide drinking water. The towels are very rough, like sandpaper. The WiFi does not work well. The breakfast is very poor.
-
Breakfast was relly good food. Just pay attention cuz it is not a self service kind of breakfast. The meal comes and u cant choose. But they have a pic on the reception and u can take a look when u arrive

Very comfortable room. Clean and friendly staff Location was “central”

Centrally located. Friendly staff. At times noise from hallway or other rooms woke us up.
