no elevator, have to go up a few floors. Staff helped to bring luggage up, we brought it down when checking out.

The owner was very hospitable. I did the booking for my mother who does not speak neither Turkish nor English. The owner was constantly in contact with me and supported my mother in all ways possible. She even took her to a spontaneous walking tour to show the important places that my mother wanted to visit on the next day. We are very grateful and definitely recommend Ephesus Palaces to everyone.
