room small and was very comfortable, clean, smells nice, ac and wifi working perfectly fine, bathroom was clean, everything was worth it!! not much that i didn't like, just some minor inconvenience like one of the plug on the bedside table wasn't working, and there's no toilet paper on the toilet so i gotta bring the tissue from the table to the bathroom, but those wasn't really much of an issue! :D

This is my third stay in Luansa Klui. Unbeatable value for the price. Staffs always been helpful and friendly. The owner too. Everything is always well kept & maintained. Hot water worked well with nice pressure. Helped me to arrange scooter rental, laundry etc.

We stayed in Luansa Klui Hotel for 3 nights and it was definitely one of the best hotels we stayed in, in Indonesia! Our room was clean and comfortable, we loved it. The staff really cares about their guests and everyone is really kind and helpful, this is what makes the difference, thank you all guys! We got breakfast there and the pancakes were amazing! We even tried their laundry service and it was perfect, we brought our laundry in the morning and in the afternoon everything was already freshly cleaned. We would return and recommend it!
