The resort was lovely, the pool was a good size had a clear side. They were also playing the world cup on a big screen for all to enjoy. Our room was right at the front next to the restaurant, which was fine until someone decided to walk there at 6am and make a phone call. That woke me up. I think a villa towards the back would be better. The breakfast spread could be improved.

I love the property because it located in private area and the view from hotel is amazing especially when sunset time or sunrise time

We loved the tropical villa with the private pool. The room was very pleasant and well kept. The resort overall was very nice, well maintained and allowed us to pamper ourselves. The food at the restaurant could be better.

Everything was perfect. Of course 5-star resorts should be held to higher standards but it's all about experience. And experience was top level. Friendly staff, excellent food and drinks, villa comfy. Location had access to everything one wanted too see or visit.

I reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights. After one night we left and they didnt want to refund the 2 nights for the 2 rooms that we did not expend there.

They didnt refund me I paid for 3 nights I spent 1 and left because some personal problems, and they didnt refun me the other 2 nights paid for 2 room

Everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and has stunning ocean views. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, and special thanks to Arti for the best pancakes I’ve ever had. I also want to thank Yadi for kindly lending me his helmet during my stay, and Dimas and Hakim for their kindness and excellent service. Nothing at all. Everything exceeded my expectations.

It was amazing and beautiful! The staff were so kind and the food was GREAT Would’ve liked to get a massage but it was fully booked by the time I checked in with no openings before I left.

Great facilities with poor management, hospitality and service quality I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent two-night stay at Katamaran Hotel. As a five-star hotel, I expected a certain level of quality, but unfortunately, my experience fell way short. The room's cleanliness was a major concern - the bed sheets and duvet cover were dirty and overused, and the towels had stains and blood. The bathroom was also in a poor state, as evident from the photos. The breakfast buffet was another letdown, with limited options and poor quality food. I was looking forward to trying some premium selections like cold cuts, smoked salmon, and cheese, but they were nowhere to be found. When I asked the chef to make an egg Benedict with smoked salmon, she agreed, but ended up serving me ham instead - which was against my religion. When I pointed this out, she didn't even apologize or try to resolve the issue. Considering the high price point, the overall experience was a huge disappointment. I'm paying a premium for a service that doesn't meet expectations, and that's totally unacceptable.

Great location, good food, solid staff. Moved us to a new room when our initial one smelled a bit off and even gave us an air purifier just in case. Staff remembered and recognized us; they were very friendly. Pool wasn't ever cleaned, smell was off and not comfortable, room wasn't as clean as could be.

The beach views especially during sunset. The infinity pools. The food was amazing. The staffs were helpful and very friendly.

A memorable stay!! A wonderful resort and staff. Our week at Katamaran Hotel & Resort Lombok was wonderful from the start. When we arrived, some renovations were happening, and the team immediately offered to move us to a beautiful oceanfront room away from the work area, a gesture we truly appreciated. Every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, making our stay feel easy and comfortable. And then we met Nauval. His kindness, attention to detail, and heartfelt service made such an impact on our experience. He is the kind of person who elevates an entire resort simply by being who he is. Truly, every hotel should be so lucky to have a Nauval on their team. The property itself is lovely, peaceful, well-kept, and perfect for a relaxing getaway... but it’s the people who turn a stay into something truly memorable. We left grateful, refreshed, and already made plans to stay at the Katamaran Hotel & Resort Komodo next, excited to visit the Komodo dragons and looking forward to another wonderful experience. Thank you to the entire Katamaran team!!! and a heartfelt thank you to Nauval for making our stay feel so special. Noise and disruption from renovations, however the staff kindly moved us to a room at the other end of the property that was farther away from the noise.

One of the best resorts I have ever been to, really calm place and the staff are super friendly, the services of the resort are really good and it is the perfect place to have peace.
