Beautiful resort with amazing sunset and clean beach. Clean, cozy room with comfortable bed. Gym has great equipment. Friendly staff. The room only had a small half-liter bottle, which was refilled during room cleaning service. However, we found mold on the bottle cap, so we didn't feel safe to drink from it. Drinking water in the restaurant was not offered or refilled automatically. The gym also lacked water and towels. We had to walk from the gym to reception to ask for them. However, it was not enough for a whole workout, so we had to interrupt our workout and go back to reception again to ask for a refill. It was surprising that there were no water dispensers anywhere in the resort, especially since there was no nearby shop to buy bottled water. The fact that you even have to ask for drinking water at a place like this is unbelievable. Communication also needs improvement. Guests were not clearly informed about breakfast rules. Walking back after dinner, we discovered by chance that there was a grill dinner event. No one mentioned it during the day. Events like this should be announced during breakfast. After asking several waiters throughout our stay about plant-based milk alternatives and being told only cow's milk was available, we finally discovered on our fourth day that they actually had oat milk.

Most amazing staff ever - everyone literally went above and beyond with their service and attitude to make us feel welcome and have an amazing 10 day stay. Superb guest treatment, very very kind, polite and friendly. I can’t recommend Jeeva Klui enough!

Lovely rooms, beautiful beach and pool. The staff are the best, so accommodating and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. It’s not often you see such a highly rated resort but after staying I can see why it’s rating is so high. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend

We loved everything about our stay at the Jeeva Klui. The location is so peaceful and serene, we were totally relaxed. To say staff was amazing is an understatement, everyone made us feel special. We loved it and would return anytime! Nothing

Beautiful architecture, lovely gardens, luxurious villas. The breakfast was a let down, it was included but you couldn’t help yourself as we were led to believe when booking. It was a one plate selection from one part of the menu and another from the other part. Not what we were expecting. The service was excellent, the staff very kind. The laundry service impeccable. The beach wasn’t walkable. Very reduced in size.

One of the best properties we stayed, with amazing location, amenities, food and experience. Compared to many hotels in the Senggigi, this hotel has a very vernacular architecture and layout. Waking up to the sound of ocean is incredible. Easy to access many parts of the island. Only comment would be that its almost time to change the decorative bed canopies as they are getting a bit worn out.

It's a well presented resort with clean, well maintained gardens. The main pool and restaurant overlooks the ocean, offering stunning sunsets. Our 2 bedroom villa was set further back on the property, but was very spacious and thoughtfully decorated. The resort isn't within walking distance from town, or any other warungs/restaurants, so you have to rely on taxis. Although waterfront, the small beach is dark sand/rocks, not really suitable for swimming. Our villa overall seemed dark (it was raining throughout our stay which didn't help), and you could hear the cars going past on the road just behind us. Our stay was OK, but not a highlight of our two week holiday in Indonesia.

Excellent customer service, great accommodation, facilities and food. It's pretty remote insofar as you need to get a taxi to Senggigi as it is too far to walk there.

Restaurant on the beach, pleasant atmosphere, really enjoying. Staff accomodating and always prepared to help us with everything.Especiaplly Ms.Novi - she is amazing. Maybe the bikes for rent could be little bit more better, they looked like the oldest on the island.
