Calista Luxury Resort - All Inclusive

They gave us a room relatively quick. Service at pool pavilions and team of people there was excellent. It was my second time in this hotel. Last time I was there in 2022. Hotel is a little bit outdated. For the price $7300 the room should have more light in the room. With all lights on, it is still dark. In the bathrooms it is extremely dark. Cleaning people are slow. From 9 am to 12 noon room wasn't clean, I had to call and remind, one water supply in the fridge was missed. You have to call guest services many times to get anything you need. They are not on top of things. They totally screwed up our reservation for beach pavilion that we booked in advance. We were promised 3rd row in writing. First day they put us in 5th row, after hours on conversations with management they put us for one day in row one, one day in row 4 and last two days in row 3. Asked for bellman to come and help with luggage at 5 am, but nobody came, if I will not do it myself I will miss transfer to airport. Entertainment kind of poor. I don't think it worth the money.

Location and services GYM closes early in the night and opens late in the morning. I think it should be 24 hours.

Gorgeous, everything is always clean and everyone is smiling! Animation team and KIDS CLUB are on another level!!! True little paradise Main restaurant is better than a la carte ;)

We really enjoyed every minute of our stay here at the resort! Everything was been wonderful-the facilities are top-notch, and the staff is incredibly courteous and helpful. Special highlight for us is the Cally Kids CIub. Our 5-year-old had a lot of fun with all the activities, and her favorite teacher, Martina, was truly exceptional. She and all other teachers at the club pay much attention to curate interesting activities for the kids. They all provided so much care and attention, which we really appreciate. We also wanted to mention the excellent service from the concierge. We needed diaper rash cream for our toddler; the team arranged for it to be delivered from a pharmacy within an hour. This prompt help was a huge relief, as it saved us from having to leave the resort to find a pharmacy ourselves. The food has also been great-we are enjoying the large spread and the fact that there is something for the whole family to enjoy. Definitely going back.

The food was delicious, but not safe. It was overcrowded as they tried to earn money to the max. I stayed at Calista Luxury Resort in January 2026. This was a "closed loop" vacation — I never left the hotel and ate only their food. The result? Acute Infectious Gastroenteritis (Diagnosis A09), antibiotics, and IV drips. But mistakes happen. What is unforgivable is the management's reaction. - When I called Guest Relations from my room feeling severe symptoms, they showed zero empathy and only granted a standard checkout extension till 2 PM. No doctor offered. - When I sent the medical report proving the infection, they replied that "1200 other guests are fine," treating me like a statistic rather than a victim. - They denied responsibility despite CCTV proving I never left the hotel to get infected elsewhere. This hotel is unsafe. If you get poisoned here, they will ignore you and hide behind lawyers. See attached photos: My medical report (A09) and the IV treatment I received after dining here.

The staff was amazing. They were so kind, helpful, and friendly from the first moment of interaction. The hotel is clean and beautiful, and the food is tasty. I can definitely say that the most important thing about a resort is the quality of its employees. We had an amazing holiday in this hotel. -

the grounds and the gardens were immaculate. in building number 1 in the main restaurant, flies are all over the food. The restaurant manager said they there is nothing they could do. Towels in the rooms are overused and almost black in color the BITAXI application does not work in the hotel because the hotel administration clearly have surrendered to the local taxis that do not want to use the taximeters and want to extort visitors and tourists by charging exorbitant prices. The hotel need to do something to correct the current situation. Visitors otherwise can not move freely unless they pay a lot of money. One taxi driver that brought me from another location even said that the local taxis would not allow anyone to cone from outside to pick any passengers from the hotel. The hotel administration can do something about this so that guests are not held at ransom.

It does not say " Luxury Resort" for nothing. Everything is great, from the food, to facilities, to the staff. Everyone pays attention to details. The rooms are big and clean with everything you need: toiletries, towels (changed daily), beach bag, sunbeds on the terrace, full minibar, refilled every day. The food is great, very divers, even if you can to the closing of the restaurant you will find want you want: aperitives, main courses, grill every evening, salads, sweets, fruits. The facilities are great, lots of pools, entertainment for kids (the place is full of them, its very child friendly), lots of sunbeds which are changed everyday, towels as many as you wants, equipped gym, saunas, indoor pools and many more. Definitely one of top 3 stays in Antalya.

The food was delicious and the food selection was great. The rooms were very spacious, and the staff was very accommodating for our request to change our initial rooms and all throughout the stay. The pools were beautiful, and some were heated, which turned out great because we went off season. We could feel the attention to detail. The rooms and some facilities, while clean, looked a bit dated and in need of refresh.
