We enjoyed our stay as a family of four. We only stayed one night but it was all perfect. The location and the garage in the hotel was very convenient.

Location, friendly staff and clean room. Unable to really enjoy the swimming pool due to a large amount of children doing bombs etc. Not at all relaxing. Management seriously consider an adults only hour for the last hour. My bed mattress had a wrinkle in the middle.

Ended up staying in standard twin as their adapted rooms only have one bed Having said that though the room was big so we had plenty of space for electric wheelchair and luggage All the Staff from reception throughout were great Great for the station but a little isolated from any trams/metro so was a fair walk into the centre. Would probably be okay when not in the middle of some extremely high temperatures.

We stayed only one night but all was good. Location close to the train station (that is why we also chose this hotel), comfortable rooms and great breakfast.

Nice hotel, for us the bonus was the swimming pool on top.

Liked the location, amenities, staff. No kettle, no balcony, at the hotel bars everything is way more expensive than in the middle of the old town.

The style of the hotel is beautiful and staff are so friendly Very noisy by the pool with kids jumping in and there wasn't really the room to be doing that.
