Staff were lovely, the room and bedding were great, the pool was small but functional- it was very full so we often couldn’t find space to lie out. The fitness centre is not part of the hotel but next door and €18 each to use! We thought this was incredibly expensive to add on top. It felt quite often that there was upselling- more premium toiletries advertised in the bathroom, not much water provided.

Friendly helpful staff & lovely decor throughout - interesting lifts. Within walking distance of all transport methods.

Placed close to the metro and the bus stop for the airport. Best location if you are not planning to use the car. The metropolitan gym gives a good possibility to increase the offer and They shoul find a better formula for the customers of the hotel

Absolutely loved our stay in Seville! Everything was lovely from start to finish. The room was a good size and the balcony was a really nice bonus, but the view was honestly exceptional! ✨ The bathroom was a really good size and everything was clean and comfortable. The pool was definitely one of my favourite parts of the hotel - it was so nice that I went three times during our stay! ‍♀️☀️ The people at the hotel were lovely and everyone we came across during our stay was really nice and friendly. The whole hotel had such a Spanish feel to it, which really added to the experience and made it feel like we were properly in Seville. We also tried the breakfast on our last day and thought it was decent, with a good selection. Overall, we had such an enjoyable stay and would definitely come back here if we visit Seville again! ❤️

Location and service

We were allowed early check in, complimentary water is provided every day of your stay. The pool is nice for refreshment, however it can get crowded. Free pool towels are provided which is a great plus. The TV in the room is smart (ChromeCast). Complimentary coffee and pastries are provided early in the morning in the lobby. The bar is also reasonably priced. There is a grocery store right across the street.

This is a great hotel in a great location. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The pool was a welcome relief from the hot sun, and there was never a problem getting a sunbed regardless of the time of day. It was well located for all public transport links…bus, tram and metro. And is only a 25 minute walk into historic central Seville. There are lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby as well as supermarkets. We took an uber from the airport was about 16 euros. Overall a brilliant hotel, we stayed for a week and would highly recommend it.

Nice style of the hotel, helpful staff, comfortable and clean rooms. Good breakfast. Private swimming pool is a plus during hot summer days but we ultimately didn't use it, just walked around. Very convenient location - next to metro station, reasonably close to the train station as well; actually walking distance to the old town but it was too hot. If needed, shops and restaurants nearby. During the booking we asked for 2 rooms next to each other and the hotel just did it (few months later) :) Nothing serious - just a suggestion to make water more available at breakfasts - also to fill in your own bottles for a day of summer sightseeing.

I really liked their breakfast and I saw new faces at the desk this time that I thought were very friendly. And I like staying at this hotel because it's dog friendly. Last time I didn't really like my room this time I loved my room and I will specifically ask for that room again on my return trip. I paid for the dog and the bowls came a day late and the bed as well. But it didn't look like they had washed the dog bed it was covered in dog hair. It would have been nice since I made the reservation with a pet that when we walked in the room the pet stuff was ready to go after our long journey. Freshwater really would have been amazing. The refrigerator didn't work I checked to see that it was plugged in. They did put water in the refrigerator but in the Sevilla heat you definitely want cold water. I was surprised how quick the laundry service was and I was very appreciative.
