According to the manager's decision, the swimming pool is only open from noon, so if you arrive late in the afternoon you cannot use it next day after breakfast. Check out is until 11:00am.

The hotel's location was convenient, but unfortunately, it was entirely overshadowed by the issues during our stay. The air conditioning failed to work throughout our two-night stay and blew only hot air, leaving the room excessively hot and uncomfortable; a major concern as my son has asthma. Additionally, the bathroom was poorly maintained, featuring deteriorated sealant and staining around the bath and shower enclosure. To make matters worse, front desk service at check-out was completely dismissive; when I raised these issues, the receptionist ignored me entirely, leaving me standing in silence until informing us abruptly that check-out was already complete.

Location to airport Booked a deluxe suite but needed a handicapped room because my husband was using a walker. The handicapped room was not up to a 4 star hotel standards. Shower leaked. Bump to get in doorway. Had to move furniture to get around. No place to sit besides on bed. Toilet was ridiculously low. Room was also dirty.
