Clean hotel in a safe local neighborhood. It was enjoyable to see local life and residents. The staff were helpful and friendly. There are supermarkets and cafés nearby quite far from the city center. I used the Sevici bike-sharing service, but going back and forth several times a day can be tiring if you want to return to the hotel to rest. The bathroom amenities were very basic and of poor quality. The lack of a refrigerator and, most importantly, a hair dryer in the room was a significant drawback.

The staff is very nice, both of our rooms were clean with comfy beds. It's close to the bus station and many shops and restaurants, 20 min walking from the main city attractions, the laundry service was great, flexible check in and out policy, I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again ?

It was perfectly located with access to the Metro and close to EA airport bus. Everything was great ! Aurora and the staff were really helpful , provided very useful information and overall was the perfect stay in Seville. I liked everything.

The staff was very helpful. The location provided easy access to downtown. The room was a little smaller than I imagined, although it was clean and sufficient.

The location was excellent, check in was easy, staff was very friendly.

Clean enough Location was far from central area but Metro made easier. Walls are thin I hear the noisy next guest through out the night. It was annoying . Room was very small. TV was broken.

Small and cozy. Very quiet, clean, and close to the city atmosphere.

I expected a small fridge, but unfortunately, there was nothing to keep drinks cold. It's a warm city, and I expect that at least.

The employees from the reception were very friendly The bed had hairs all over it

I stayed one short night and ended up with bed bug bites. In a private room, mind you. The shower dropped for hours and the padlock with my keys inside had 3 out of 4 numbers of the code already put.

Rooms, location, it was guite It was cold and there is no heater:( and not enough hot water for taking a bath
