Room floor in bad condition

The room was big, comfortable and overall clean. We chose this hotel for the last 2 days in Andalusia to be better connected to the airport but not too far down the city, in fact the bus stop is only 5 minutes away, walking distance. As a big corporate hotel we weren’t expecting much personality or care but there was none. The swimming pool not only is not cozy, but all around was so dirty. People leaving anything around and there was not much caring for cleaning. The stuff was in general very cold, we weren’t even asked if we needed a taxi. As said we have been in Sevilla for the first part of our tour and since the flight back was from there too and early in the morning, we needed to spend 2 days comfy and well connected. The hotel room was clean but a huge mould stain was evident in the ceiling in correspondence to the air conditioning.

The location is very convenient—about a 30-minute walk to the main tourist attractions like the Alcázar and the cathedral, and only 15 minutes from the railway station. The breakfast was excellent: everything was fresh, delicious, and there was a great variety to choose from. The hotel is a bit old, so the furniture shows some signs of wear. The cleaning quality was average—they mainly made the bed and cleaned the floor

The sofabed was an actual bed, massive bed where I was able to sleep with my toddlers. The restaurant did not have a problem with modifying food for my child's allergy. Daily housekeeping without having to request it. Overall great experience.

Everything went well. This was a very last minute reservation (same day) and when I arrived - well before check-in time - we were greeted warmly and provided a room immediately. The facility iself is spacious, filled with light and well laid out. We chose the 'Level" accommodations and were more than delighted - continually impressed with the offerings provided. The staff throughout are all top tier - friendly, multilingual, attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. In out case, as we unexpectedly needed an additional night, the staff went above and beyond their standard.

The location is great just 10 minutes walk to train station. The room is large and practical. Good prices to spend here! Shower areas in bathtub is always wet because the stand glasses is not covered all space of bathtub.

The location is good. Uber to old city attractions about 15 euro, on average. Very professional staff, clean. Some ideas for improvement: instruct newcomers on use of the elevator; unconventional by most North American standards), provide at least ONE English language tv channel (there was not one English channel; strange, as room instructions were in English), colder mini bar, refresh water daily w more than one night stay. Also please consider air conditioning availability in colder months. Global warming brings very warm days in February and no A/C was available. So room very hot. Opened the window, but loud party noises lasted til the early morning. Please see above

Location and quality The mattresses were cheap and one was broken. And the room was really hot. We couldn’t reduce the temperature in the thermostat for the central heating. And no AC in the winter .
