The hotel was very clean, and the staff were really welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was varied and offered plenty of options. I also appreciated the hotel parking, which costs €14 per night. The soundproofing of the rooms could be improved. You can clearly hear the doors closing when other guests enter or leave their rooms. If you are a light sleeper, this can easily wake you up

The moment I arrived, it felt safe and clean. The reception desk was always manned. I checked in late and the gentleman was very accommodating. The room itself was clean, it's nice to see a pool (though time did not allow me to use but it looked like it had been well maintained). I liked the room set up with the shower separate to the sink and it had all the facilities ie kitchen, kettle, tea facilities and hairdryer. The lady upon check out the next day was also very helpful as needed assistance to the bus stop to the airport. Her directions were clear and told me the cost of 6 euros for 20 minute journey. I would return to this hotel if I came back and stayed for longer. I initially walked into a 27c room. The air con remote wasn't functioning so after a long day, it wasn't really ideal for me to go back to reception though I had to as it was a hot day. Thankfully the receptionist came up and had to adjust some settings and it eventually started to work. It would have been better if this was checked prior to check in so the room was at an adequate cool temperature on arrival. Also the corridors are not sound proof so you can hear the doors slamming or people talking but I was very tired so it hadn't disturbed me too much.

Lovely staff, clean, modern hotel. Good value. Such a noisy hotel at night, all internal floors are stone, all internal doors need to be oiled, doors slamming, listening to other rooms due to non existent soundproofing. Adjoining bathrooms are very loud.

Clean, modern hotel, well situated close to the train station. Convenient for an overnight stay when transiting Sevilla. Food menu says it's available but very expensive and a lengthy wait. EUR25 for a wrap and a beer quoted, with a one-hour wait. Don't bother, there are great bars around the corner.

Lighting need to increase. A lot of noise because we are close to the parking, also Soundproofing was bad.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The pool area is great. I’m just not a fan of people smoking in public places but that’s a European thing !
