Don’t let Thier so loose that when you plug a cord into it to charge an electronic device, the cord pretty much falls out. Almost all of outlets need to be replaced. Went to an event and didn’t check the shower before going to the event when we returned found out the shower curtain hardly stayed up. Soaps provided were empty. The bed was so soft. You could actually look at it and see a big old depression in the center. All in all this is one of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in. When I talk to the individual at the front desk at checkout, he didn’t seem to care.

Close to venue and decently priced. The hallways smelled like they needed to be refreshed with fresh air. They just gave the place a feeling of not being clean but it really was clean

Our short stay was awesome! Check in was easy and gentleman was great. Clean room and the breakfast was actually really good compared to most anymore.

The hotel was OK. Front Deak staff were nice. We had to call housekeeping in because the bathroom wasnt clean when we arrived. The whole property wasnt very well maintained or clean. The fitness area wasn't great. The breakfast was okay. This hotel has gone down hill since the last time we stayed. The location was convenient. In a pinch I would stay again but by choice I would choose something else.

The shower BARLEY worked, the “water” SLIDE had hardly any water going down it cause kids to get stuck on it!

The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Hot tub and a water slide.

Water slide needed more water flow--kids were sticking to the side of it. Bathroom had spots of mold and looked like previous moisture issues had been painted over. Room smelled musty, maybe from the air conditioner.

This place was awesome. Super friendly staff. Clean room, comfy bed with lots of pillows. Good a/c. Quiet. Walking distance to the amphitheater. Breakfast was good too. Oh and the room tv was the biggest I've ever seen in a hotel room. Absolutely recommend this place if your in for a concert. No complaints at all.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was as you could expect from a continental breakfast. Location convenient from the highway and next to several dining options. Good stay overall.

Pool was fun for kids, too much chlorine, stung eyes Very dirty in common areas. Room was clean, air worked great. Beds pretty comfy. Rooms small. Continental breakfast was disappointing.
