Everything was great. The room and hotel were very clean and staff were smiley and helpful. Walking distance to new amphitheater and offered free shuttles.

The rooms and lobby were clean. Breakfast buffet was very good. One big downfall was the extreme chlorine smell in the pool area and levels of chlorine in the pool. The kid’s eyes were red.

One of the most disgusting breakfast we have had. Did not feel clean. We didn’t have enough pillows, went down and asked and they said they were put. They changed our room type without consent. I assumed it was close to the airport since it says airport hotel in the name, it’s not close. The airport staff had no idea where it was and it took the shuttle 20-30 minutes to come and get us. The night front lady was rude and not helpful with answering questions.

Very clean, the pool and hotub areas were very well maintained. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. overall it's a very nice place to stay and great location too.

Everything was nice except when I booked my room I got a king size bed with a pull out couch but when I checked in the woman said there was only a king size bed and that there was no pull out couch so she switched me to a room with two beds down on the next floor and then the next morning another worker told me that the room was booked and the people were coming today at three so I had to pack everything back up and move to the next floor up because the woman lied about not being a couch. It would have been fine if I didnt have a special needs child and all of her stuff to pack back up and move too.

We got to our room and my wife went to take a shower. As she stepped into the bathroom she stepped into something on the floor. Then she noticed the toilet had been used and not flushed. If it hadn’t been so late I would’ve went and requested another room. Will never stay at this place again
