Easy check in, clean rooms, friendly staff

Check in was smooth, simple, and fast. Hotel was clean and very nice!! Comfy beds.

Everything was excellent staff from desk breakfast parking

Clean hotel, close parking and nice amenities. Front desk gal in the morning must not know how to smile or say anything.

Staff was kind ,courteous room was clean ,location was great close to Valley fair. Would reccomend to stay here .I would definitely stay again

The language barriers resulted in our room not getting towels replaced when needed. However, when we asked the staff in the hall for toilet tissue and additional towels, they were provided. My husband was able to empty the trash into the garbage bag with the cleaning attendant.

I did not like it I believe scrambled eggs should always be available yet they seem to have some days when I was there 14 days they were not available one morning all that was available for hot food was bacon and sausage. I also witness one person stealing food a total of 3 times going out to his car then coming back piling up the bacon and sausage. I reported it to staff. To get your room cleaned you had to ask instead of what I was told every other day. Then they did not always vacuum. They checked me out of my room after 4 days by mistake. 3 times I had to get new keys because they did not work that meant going back and forth from 3rd floor to lobby plus waiting upto 10 minutes to get them. The refrigerator was not cold enough. The one dresser was very low to the ground and only 2 drawers. the same space could accommodate a taller 4 drawer dresser. twice I tried to contact the front desk to report the person staying above me was jumping on the floor. No one answered the phone trying several times This was 10pm at night.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. We have stayed at Marriot's before and it has been better and better help. Cleaner rooms. There were some crumbs and old food items on the floor. Fan didn't work in the bathroom and we were put in a handicapped room without letting us know when we checked in.

Our room was clean. Minimal noise, and clean lobby. Would stay again if I need a room in the area.

Everything was great. The pool was kind of small & there is not a hot tub.

One of the best/better experiences ive had at a hotel this spring/summer. I travel for basketball around metro alot and this was 1st time in 6 other times this year that I didnt have a nagging issue.

We had a lot of noisy highway traffic, The bed was hard and we had stained sheets on the bed.

The room was clean and even the whole environment outside was beautiful and just a place to feel comfortable.

Ice machine on 3rd floor not on. Fridge in our room was not very cold. Breakfast was bad. Waffle maker not turned on. Juice machine did not work.
