Location from the airport was great. There is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel which was also convenient. The photos do not match the property. The hotel needs updating. Rooms did smell of smoke. Shower was not that clean and did not provide conditioner. The water temperature also was very finicky. Breakfast was mediocre. Also only one staff member present at the front desk and for any questions. Overall was a below average day.

We stayed at the hotel only for a few hours. room was huge, shuttle worked well Shuttle from airport to Hotel- we needed to wait for all people, before the shuttle went to hotel, so it took us around 45 min of waiting time

Our room was a sanctuary: spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed (loved the minimalist decor!), and equipped with everything we needed – from blackout curtains to premium toiletries. The king-sized bed felt like sleeping on a cloud! 无

There is shuttle to airport, hotel price is quite good, was quite clean. I think they could renovate the bathroom.

We liked everything. Though the bathroom is shabby, but that hotel was the best to meet our needs and we really enjoyed our stay there. a 25 minutes' drive by a free shuttle from the airport, calm, comfortable and with a store next to it. -

Book this hotel because of the "pick-up from airport". Had to wait for an hour for the driver and had to carry our luggage up and down from the cabin. Driver refused to open the storage area of the bus for us. The headboards of the beds were smelly, and the toilet was dirty. I would avoid this hotel in Shanghai.

Large room (though dated), nice breakfast and conveniently close to the airport. Kind staff. Definitely lacks some maintenance but still acceptable value for money. The property only lets you reserve the airport shuttle through a phone call after landing. That does not work so very well if you do not have a Chinese sim, so we had to use a taxi. Other than that there was a heavy smell of smoking, and people were smoking in all the public areas of the hotel (reception, halls, elevators, restaurant). The shuttle back to the airport was basically just a local bus stopping by at the hotel.

Difficult to find shuttle bus. Used taxi instead. Shuttle bus could not open luggage compartment. Carried all luggage inside the bus. Difficult and heavy. Facility not working well in the bathroom, almost not usable. Difficult to adjust water temperature. The water tap has very small flow rate.
