The gym, sauna, pool and lobby looked nice. The room and whole building had fixed heating, so the AC did not work. The room would get up to 31 degrees at night with only the window to cool us down. Combined with very small and uncomfortable beds made it very hard to sleep. Staff spoke little to no English which is understandable but didn’t make things smoother. Washroom in the room smelt horrible as well.

It was more a residence than a hotel. The room was very small and it was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom.

Conveniently situated close to malls and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. The subway close by. I absolutely loved my stay. Shame I had to return home!!!

I had friends came to chi chat and we had a pot of tea in the breakfast canteen. The tea priced RMB388 which was quite exaggerating and not friendly

Very welcoming and professional concierge and reception. Room is clean and got everything we need. Perfect housekeeping everyday with clean towel and linen. The toilet shower is narrow and no proper place to stand but on a bathtub, water pressure for shower is low.

Really close to metro station which can directly take you to a few attractions locations. There’s a big mall across the road with amazing food choices too! Would recommend!

Nothing 1- staff didn’t talk english and this cause me to miss the breakfast for example because they don’t have the ability to answer me . 2- i went on 10:00 am the breakfast already finished. 3- no more option for yesterday’s dinner as it is not suitable for eastern visitors . 4- price is too high compared to other hotels.

Gym, breakfast with reasonable choices. Staff are very helpful. TV on the side, difficult to watch while on bed.
