Service was top-notch. The room and hotel facilities were both excellent. I especially enjoyed Aura, the lounge in the lobby—very cool ambiance. Breakfast timing could be extended a little. Battling jet lag, we missed a few breakfasts since it closes at 10:00–10:30.

Clean The men’s sauna was so hot it damaged my shorts and the woman’s sauna was not hot at all which my fiancée told the staff about the issue

We chose here for the view - our room had the view to the signature 3 tall buildings in Lujiazui. And the breakfast restaurant and the rooftop bar Flair has amazing view to the pearl tower. All the staff were nice and helpful, in general the service was great! The room was spacious, but I wouldn't say it's big, compare to other luxury hotels in Shanghai. The bathroom area is great, spacious and had everything I need. Closet area was small, and there's no proper full body mirror.

Service was absolutely top-notch! We don’t speak Chinese and ordered food to the wrong Ritz Carlton in Shanghai, so they quickly communicated with the other hotel and sent the food via taxi to our correct hotel! The pool and the views are amazing! The WiFi didn’t really work. Even though I’m an Elite Marriott member the WiFi was basically not working. Also the lobby is in the 52nd floor so if you need to go to your room or leave from your room you always need to change the elevator on the 52nd floor.

Incredible! Loved every single thing! The service, the staff, the amenities – just wow! Every team member went above and beyond to take care of the guests. I traveled with my family and had a truly memorable and wonderful time. A small piece of advice for future travelers: Once you check into any hotel, take some time on the first day to explore the surrounding area and identify nearby facilities. Also, if you book a taxi, make sure to take note of the driver’s personal details, which are usually displayed in the car. It's always better to be safe and informed. I will definitely book this hotel again and will recommend it to my friends and family as well! Nothing, everything is perfect.

The view, the coffee machine, and the hotel manager. The bed was too firm. The staff were annoying even with do not disturb turned on. Sound isolation is not the best. Two elevators are needed to reach the room. Process to check in took about an hour.
