Beautiful place we really enjoyed it!!

The beach front and green plant around it The rooms are not clean enough and the staff and most important is the food with the full board not meeting expectations. Doesn’t deserve to be 5 stars

This hotel was a big letdown. food not tasty at all!! the bathroom and shower were not clean. air conditioner was so noisy it was hard to sleep. The bed was uncomfortable. We were seated at the restaurant in a place we didn’t want. Overall, this hotel does not meet even basic expectations. Definitely not recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and the entire place is spotlessly clean. What impressed me most was the exceptional staff — everyone was extremely kind, respectful, and always ready to help, especially the reception team who made me feel very welcome. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is just perfect. I truly give everything a 10 out of 10 — or even 1000 out of 10✅ However, I believe there’s room for improvement in two areas. First, the quality of the food could be enhanced. For a hotel of this standard and price, the food should better reflect the overall experience — currently, it feels more like something you’d find in a lower-tier hotel. Second, the pool area could use some renovation, as it looks a bit outdated compared to the rest of the hotel. Aside from that, everything was excellent. I truly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning again!

I do not advise anyone to stay in this hotel. Terrible staff except for employee Atef. The only adequate person in this hotel. Firstly, the hotel is for pensioners. They do not allow anyone to relax and rest normally. Constantly comes up this is not allowed, this is our concept. In a word, if anyone wants to ruin their vacation, then this hotel is for them. We asked those we spoke to at this hotel to write Booking. Because most people come with a package tour and can't write their opinion. So I'm writing on behalf of many vacationers. I'll now add a photo of the worst employee of this hotel.

Lovely grounds although undergoing some renovations at the time of our stay so the upper pools and lazy river not accessible. Because the upper pools were closed we had to use the lower pool. This has the misfortune or the entertainment team. The entertainment team seam to run this area as there own personal rave area. Very load and offensive music. (I’m sure the lyrics of some of the songs are lost on the staff as if they could understand them the management would surely not let them play them). The buffet food although well cooked and presented offered very little variety from day to day.

The staff was very generous and friendly The view is amazing in general it was cozy and beautiful experience. Pool was lower than expected, hotel activities need improvement.

We received an upgrade to the Royal Monte Carlo Sarm on arrival, this was a surprised for us. We booked the deluxe room with sea view (Monte Carlo Sharm) with a choise of two restaurants. In the Royal Monte Carlo we had lounge for breakfast and lunch. The dinner we could choos and order. The staff were very friendly and did everything for our well-being. We can only recommend it. (Royal Monte Carlo Sharm) The hotel has a very nice house reef! A diving centre with boot trip is also available. Unfortunately, snorkelling is only possible to a limited extent for safety reasons. (Take a agreement with lifeguard, pity)

All perfect. The resort is very very big. You choose 5 restaurants inside. Also you have BIG buffet and very cordially receptionist. TALK WITH NUMBER ONE MAHMOOD AND SIMON AND HELP YOU ALWAYS. THE BEST RECEPTIONIST ❤️

Everything 20th time in Sharm, first time at Monte carlo. We had our doubts because it has 8.4 rating so we first booked just 2 nights to try., but after the first night we were sure that we will not move to another hotel so we stayed 5 nights. The employees tried to make us happy all the time and asked all the time if we needed anything. The food was more than excellen and tasty you cant ask more. Room was very big and clean with full mini bar Pools and beach Spa Wifi Thank you all We will come back defenetly. אוכל היה לנו מאד טעים ומגוון חבל על הזמן. 11 Everything was perfect more than we expected The only thing you can do is is to add free shuttlle to old market.

All included cocktails, they just put ingredients in and never mix it. even a lemon, is it so hard to squeeze it?
