Good location to town centre, great price, and a nice welcoming stay Corridors were slightly loud with doors slamming, but I understand this is down to other guests and not a fault of the hotel

The distance from the train station, bus interchange and tram stops so you can get to most places fairly easily. The breakfast had a lot of options and the staff were accommodating for our dietary requirements. The room was adequate and had all we needed. We were only using it for a base, so it was ideal. The bed was narrow, which wasn't too bad however the pillows were like sleeping on rocks and the mattress wasn't too comfortable. The drain in the shower was blocked and flooded the floor on our first night. I pulled out a wad of hair as big as a rat. The evening meal options were limited and we felt they were a little pricey for what they were.

Very central location, easy walk into town centre. Very handy the car park was right across the road. Good variety of breakfast options. Staff very attentive & constantly re-filling items. Lovely lounge area to relax in the evening. Just a personal opinion- more clothes space would be a benefit ie a set of drawers .

Location was great. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The shower didn't drain well so the bathroom floor got covered in water - without that our stay would have been 10/10.

Surprising that we got bacon sausage beans for our breakfast big bonus.location very good. The pillows were too hard for us.

The staff are great and friendly and Location is perfect The room was really hot so we had to have the window open and the work outside started at 6am Also the breakfast area seemed really warm
