Staff. Early check in at 11am Hallway smells of cigarettes in a non smoking floor. Even lobby restrooms smell of cigarettes

Way better vs other hotels in the area, a solid hotel for the price It was decent overall, only a few hand prints in the glass window when we pulled the curtains but beside this was a solid hotel.

Overall a nice option with a close proximity to HQB area. Had initial problems with our room but the staff sorted it out

The hotel supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but I saw a man smoking while he was checking-in. I later asked one of the front desk staff and she said that she told the man that he can not smoke but he ignored her. There should be a non-smoking sign with a fine on the front desk and also at the elevator area because I also saw a man smoking by the elevator on my floor. The smell of the smoke was in the hallway and inside the elevators. I will not be recommending this hotel for non-smokers. Some of the staff at the breakfast restaurant don't smile and one of the kitchen staff (man) was very rude. This is a 5-star hotel, but a 2-star service in the restaurant. There were only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers but one of the dryers was broken. They should have more considered the amount of guests they have. I would have given this hotel a higher rating if it wasn't for the smell of the smoke and the rudeness in the restaurant. I think the management should provide some training for the restaurant staff on how to behave to their customers, specifically on the tone of their voices.

The room is spacious, very clean and the bed is comfortable. Location is good although there is some walking distance to the metro station. The location is close to the park and plenty of restaurants available nearby. The internet speed is decent although as the Chinese fashion, there are lots of services/web sites are blocked by Chinese government. The ability to check out late up to 2pm is greatly appreciated. While calling from the phone, the direction given from metro station was not clear enough. Instead of the 10 mins walk, I ended up walking over 30 mins to the metro station. Since Google Map service is blocked in China, it is hard to get the direction once out of the hotel.

Good location, good breakfast Someone was smoking in the room, the whole room smelled bad, It was quite late when I came and I decided to not to tell reception, stayed overnight in this room but slept bad because of this cigarette smell and regret that I didn’t ask to give me normal room, but in general staff should control this kind of things. How that even possible that someone smokes in the room? Disgusting.

It would be nice if someone speaks English properly. And fast taxi pickup service was needed but not provided as for a foreigner who does not have a lot of experience with Chinese apps to do it himself. Expensive tea options on the terrace.
