Large property and room. Wifi wasn’t working well, the charging ports were faulty and complicated to use . more than half channels on the TV weren’t working .

Very polite and humble staff. Being a heritage property, liked the look and feel. Get to see the lifestyle of king and queen. Bathrooms can be more clean.

The room had heating, which is definitely needed in winter :) Food was great, the staff absolutely helpful with every request we had during our stay. WiFi would have been nice

They had only one heater for the family room and moreover the bed was quite uncomfortable

Not much . Good breakfast and service staff. Torn, patchy and dusty carpets. Kept running taps and waste valuable water till the hot water starts flowing everytime. Criminal waste. Room was too far away and upstairs. No heritage feel. One reception staff, Simran was extremely discourteous and bullying. Immediately after booking she called me to deposit advance and told that booking through Booking.com warrants this. After a lot of requests she agreed to pay on arrival.
