the location was amazing!! We will come back for sure! It has a unit bath and it creates loud noise when we flushed the toilet.

Japanese style room. Friendly, helpful staff. Some guests were a bit noisy and also the elevator could be heard through the walls.

The location is absolutely incredible. You simply cross the street and you are on the beach!!! It is also very close to a 24/7 store and supermarket, making it easy to go out and get food if you need it. The rooms are very large and clean, with working AC and lots of space to work. The staff is very very friendly, and is able to answer any questions you have about the area.

Convenient to public transport, beach, supermarket and restaurants. The lady owner is very helpful. It has a lounge at the lobby, but a bit cold at night seems without aircon or not turn on.

Extremely convenient location and good value for money! The beach, convenience store, supermarket, 100 yen store, 2 bus stops and Energy land all less than a 5 minute walk away! The rooms are are comfortable, clean and even look better in person than in the pictures! At times it was quite difficult accessing the staff for help. Sometimes there is no one at the front desk and there's no sound device (e.g bell) at the front desk to alert staff when guests need to communicate. Also booked a room with sea-view but it was almost completely obscured by trees in front of the hotel so we hardly got a view of the sea.

The service was exceptional, the man working at the reception desk was kind and professional. My room had everything I needed, and the view from the balcony was great - I was listening to the sounds of the ocean while falling asleep. It was peaceful, quiet, and clean.

The location was very nice. It’s right across from Family Mart and the beach is behind the Family Mart. I had a nice view from my room and could see the water. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and quiet, perfect for a solo trip around the Christmas holiday. I think that this place has an excellent charm to it, which you can see as soon as you walk in the door. I love the decorations in the common area and seating as well as the panda decorations. I’m so happy I chose to stay here. It wasn’t terribly crowded and my room was very nice, with a well-functioning thermostat, and a bathroom in my room. The bed was comfy, and I also had access to a TV, couch, desk, and a variety of lighting in my room. It was exactly what I needed for the weekend. If you have an opportunity to stay here, I definitely recommend it. As a bonus, it’s right near Shirahama Bus Center, which makes travel super easy!! Quick bus ride from Shirahama Station, which has a lot of lines linking up to Shin-Osaka. I took advantage of the location to get to Adventure World, and navigation was fairly easy. Wonderful trip, warm thank you to the woman at the front desk. She was very helpful, informative, and accommodating. The water took a little while to warm up, but that could just be because it was winter time. Other than that, the room was fantastic.
