The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff were so lovely and attentive with me, and they upgraded me to a larger room for free! All the facilities were new and clean. I had a really great stay here and I would definitely come back again if I were in the area. No faults!

I was upgraded from a small room to a family sized room upon my arrival (I think just due to extra space. The room was lovely, and outfitted with panda theming. NA. I think the hotel was really lovely. I will say, travelling to this town on a Monday does provide limited options as most establishments are closed - but that was a planning flaw on my end.

The owner is very kind! She welcomed us with a map of attractions and suggestions of where to go. She uses an easy translator to help in your needed language. So very thoughtful! The hotel is very clean and quiet. We appreciated the family style room for our family of 5. The beaches of Shirahama are beautiful and worth the extra travel! When using booking.com you may get confused on which room you are selecting. Details are important, do not depend on the photos alone as each room has a few differences.

that this was not specified. I did not want a Japanese sleep on the floor futon and when this was discovered there were no rooms with a bed. When you look at the booking it shows rooms with beds .. not sleep on the floor. The manager was very nice and tried to help with this but also everything had to be translated. The rooms with limited off the floor beds and I do not want to sleep on a futon on the floor

The location is excellent, easy walk to the beach and many restaurants. The hotel has a few ebikes to rent and a bunch of beach items that you can use like shade tents and umbrellas and inflatable tubes. After three days on the sleeping mats, my back was starting to hurt

A very nice family run Inn. The lady at the front was delightful to talk to. She was very caring for people who might be tired from travelling a long way, which reflects the selection of breakfast provisions. Good amount, nutritious, tasty and warm. We all loved the generous size of shower room although there was not a bathtub. We should have stayed more than a night!

I like my tatami room for a Japanese experience. Great location for the beach and easy access to car park and food. The lady in the hotel is very friendly and gave us so much useful tips. The shower is good. It would be nice if there is view of the ocean from my room.

I am impressed by the hospitality of the staffs. They are kind and helpful. My mother left a handbag and they contacted the travel agent right away to inform me. We got the handbag back very quickly. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is very close to the beach and other restaurants in the area. The staff also informed us a local festival at the beach as well. I also enjoy the breakfast here. Quite unique from other places. We got dim sum and clam porridge. The side assortments like tofu skin and pickles are very well flavored. A kick of chili oil helps the dish exciting! Thank you for your great service!

The hotel is really nice and beautifully decorated with lots of panda stuff toys. The room is large, and room facilities are new. The lady owner is also very friendly & gave lots of suggestions on places to dine. Breakfast was delicious and well worth the money. Hotel has easy access to beach and bus. It is just 5 mins walk from Shirahama Bus Centre. Nothing.

Very nice clean modern hotel. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Free parking under the hotel. Its located right in the middle of the restaurant street.
