Was an okay location but inconvenient due to it being away from the actual hotel Staff, check out and the fact that you were in a location away from the actual hotel but if you wanted anything you had to walk to another building 200 meters away. So keep this in mind if you are a single traveller, couples or families would most likely be okay.

Free drinks were awesome !! We came from tokyo and we have walked for a while under the sun so when we arrived that cup of Coca Cola was such a relieve, everything was clean and staff was kind N/A

No room heating which you could regulate yourself which made it pretty cold during my stay at the end of January.

Clean and good price. Free beverages at lobby. Hot bath on top floor The room isnt fully renovated. There is paper tape mounted on wall to cover the old tv mount mark. Not affecting the functionality but not too nice to see

The hotel provides a free drink bar and private onsen as facilities The room is comfortable and you can Hitoyadocho Ninjyo Street just two blocks behind this hotel New towels and bath gowns are provided every day The latest check-in time with staff is 10 pm, but fortunately the staff were still there when I arrived at 10.30 pm and they were really helpful Need 19-20 mins of walk from Shizuoka station, but if you are a fan of walking then that will be no problem Usage time of private onsen is divided between female and male guests, hopefully longer time for female guests will be provided No idea how to switch the AC inside room into 冷房, it only provides 暖房 - fortunately it rained at night during my 5-night stays
