Excellent location, cute building inside and out. Very clean/modern rooms and decor. Weather was 30°+ for the 2 nights I was here, room was very hot (as was the whole of England) so more suited to cooler weather. Staff did try and help with a fan for the room.

Every member of staff was very helpful and positive - evidence of good staff training. Staff seemed to work as a team happily, creating a great atmosphere. The downstairs area was interestingly laid out and furnished, giving different areas for more cosy relaxation. Our experience of Dinner, Bed and Breakfast was exceptional, with an excellent chef.

Great location, helpful staff and a very enjoyable stay.

friendly staff and nice rooms. had a slight issue with a room but was moved without any hesitation.

The hotel is quaint, the room was very comfortable, and the restaurant is excellent. Shrewsbury is delightful and I enjoyed wandering the town and the surroundings while staying at this wonderful hotel.
-
The room was great - a unit with all the facilities opening onto the street and in the centre of Shrewsbury. Nothing really

Location and style. Staff excellent and friendly Room a bit small. Good toilet shower facilitates though.

All the meals were lovely and the staff pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious. More lighting in the room. Reading was tricky as the lights were in a strange place.

Spacious, well equipped apartment. Staff was friendly and helpful. The entrance to the car park was extremely narrow and reminiscent of an old coaching inn.
-
Well located for exploring town, lovely restaurant and nice bar area Small room directly overlooking the Main Street - very noisy and hot and stuffy too - but way too noisy when tried opening windows. Also lists parking but not actually accessible for any but the tiniest cars.

Great location Car park entrance

Comfortable bed, nice shower, great location, bar and restaurant available. Historical building is quirky. Couldn't open the bedroom window because of the noise from a kitchen extractor duct below, (this only affects a couple of rooms) Roller blinds at the windows let light in very early in the morning. Tiny bathroom wash basin due to space constraints in a quirky, ancient building.

Light, airy, and nicely decorated room. Good dinner menu selection, and excellent cocktails. Location close to town centre. Not a complaint, but visitors should know that hotel car parking space is limited (but public car park across road). Also, large cars will find entrance and car park a squeeze.

Location, breakfast and bar were great. no lift so carrying luggage up narrow stairs was a challenge and no help offered. For £175 a room that was quite small and standard with no refinements was overpriced. £50 less a nigh is what I would have expected considering all elements.
