Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, good sized room if a bit quirky, comfy bed made for a lovely nights sleep followed by a great breakfast. Car parking isn't great as the best one is a 5-10 minute walk away, thankfully we only had one suitcase to lug around

The loopy shrew is spotless really lovely staff and a great location. The food was excellent and is one of the nicest places to stay. Highly recommend this was my second time staying there and definitely will not be my last Nothing

The hotel bar area was nice. Food and bar prices were fair .The room was lovely, well decotated and clean The staff were excellent, polite and helpful. The breakfast was great and the general ambiance of the place was very nice. Firstly, it says 'Parking' as a listed benefit. There is parking in the city, but not in the hotel and it is not included or paid for by them. This is misleading. Unfortunately, the rooms were very hot with no AC , so the window had to be openall night and it is in a busy city center so it was very noisy. Secondly, Eyelet curtains are not appropriate for a hotel in the centre of a city with bright lights. The room was very bright all night as light bleeds around curtains that are not close to the window. Lastly, we didn't receive the 10% discount on our meal that we were told that we'd receive .
