Location was very central, parking and directions were clear. Having a fridge in the room was great for keeping items cool. Unfortunately due to the hot weather the heat in the room was unbearable, a circulating fan doesn't count as air conditioning. The extractor fan for the bathroom needs repaired as it wasn't working, really noisy if switched on, one of the bed sidelights wasn't working either. Having a fridge in the room also kicks out heat from the condenser which puts more heat in the room.

Location 5 minute walk into town, 15 minute walk to Castle. Room was a good size, bed was comfy. Air Con in room, good shower, with choice of hose or rain shower. Self check-in... I was sent a code to use for the door and key box, but it hadn't been activated. Luckily, someone was on site (about to leave). Shower had body wash and shampoo, so I took no shower gel in with me. Only once in and wet did I find the body wash was empty There's a nice desk, but no chair with it. There was a comfy chair along the corridor, so I used that, but it was quite small, compared to the desk, so my laptop was around shoulder height Blinds on three windows, but only 2 could be pulled down. Sash windows didn't come down enough to lock

Good location. Cleanliness of the room, in the toilet, around all areas of the bedroom. Bedding dirty, dirty carpet, cups spoons dirty, tiles in bathroom dirty, hairs on dressing type table

No heating - it was freezing

Room was nice. Check in was surprisingly simple.Close to town. Parking. Strong smell of smoke in room. Pillows that were flat and lifeless. Doona was only cover so you were either too hot or cold all night. Band at function next door played till 11pm- way too loud to sleep. Other dj music after. Sound insulation is seriously needed.

Comfortable room, had everything we needed for an overnight stay to go to the theatre in Shrewsbury. It was quiet through the night, even though in a busy part of town. Felt secure. No complaints, would book again. Good value for money.

Near the town center, staff are welcoming! Decent price. The toilet is not clean , specifically the toilet bowl still dirty.

Could do with Wifi details in the room as could not connect to data

Staff are not rated because we met none; the receipt of information and physical entry is exceptionally automated, including a YouTube video explaining the entry system and another of how to access the parking - which if you need to park, you absolutely must watch. Accommodation is a little cramped and the approach to it along an internal courtyard is decoratively unusual.

Get rid of self check in.

YouTube video to find parking. The shower room, and coffee machine and small fridge to keep snack & drink cold. Very comfortable bed. Self check in system was very easy to follow. Lack of a chair. No where to sit down to have a cup of tea. Room 2 window is single glaze and can’t really open wide to ventilate during summer. Not sure that I like the wallpaper with ‘skull’ pattern.

The position in Shrewsbury is central to everything you need. Restaurants and bars are only a 5 minute walk. The apartment has its own car park which was a win win situation for me. A great room to stay in as well, large and very clean. The video to find the car park states tiddlywinks nursery in it. I'm not sure if that is still there as the postcode for tiddlywinks is out of town. Not a complaint but thought they should know, again I might be wrong.

I was a little apprehensive with it having no staff and a virtual type check in, but what a find ! Clean, spacious room, Air con and TV, coffee machine and a beautiful large bathroom with walk in shower ! Added bonus of a fridge and cold water on arrival !

The room was surprisingly good once I finally got into it. The location is terrible. The car park is nearly impossible to get to. If I hadn’t managed to make contact with someone on the phone (who was actually really helpful) I would never have found my way in. Even once I found the car park it was still very difficult to access the unmanned hotel. Apparently I was sent a link with instructions from Booking.com but this clearly got lost in the tonnes of junk mail that they send. First and last time I will ever use a hotel like this. In addition to all of this, Shrewsbury town centre on a Friday night is a horrible place to be!

Room was lovely, clean, comfy bed. Really liked the location - not too busy or noisy but close to the town centre and lovely walks along the river. Also good value. There didn’t seem to be a remote control for the TV and there was no chair. Would be wise to review the opening of the low sash windows as that could be hazardous and the fire doors in the corridor weren’t shut possibly due to new carpet or maybe the do shut when alarms go off.

~ Great location and free parking facilities ~ Modern and comfortable room N/A

Proximity to our venue and to the town generally. Room was cold initially but a quick call and this was easily resolved.
