I had a wonderful stay at Grand Venus La Residence. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. They responded to every question quickly and made me feel comfortable throughout the stay. The room was spotless, the facilities were great, and everything was well maintained. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

I like the staff and the cost for what you get. Lee is so awesome! The entire staff is amazing! Also, everything was clean. Apartment was ready before check-in time. Location is on a quiet street. Sizable apartment. Walls need to be repainted a bit and add in new artwork. Shower is a tall tub style instead of standing shower. Otherwise, no issues.

We loved all of the staff members and the hospitality! The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was immaculately clean. The pool was exceptionally clean and fun to enjoy. The food and happy hour are amazing! The Old Macdonald Farm across the street is absolutely a must visit for everyone especially children and families. Their food, iced coffee and atmosphere is excellent! Friendly and welcoming!!!! Highly recommended!!!

I booked for a kind of room and once we arrived to the property they said they “ upgraded “ our stay giving us a room for 4 people when we were 2 and I paid for a kind of room a bit more expensive then the standard one because we wanted to have a bigger room with certain facilities. I was Really disappointed and upset because nobody requested a family room and they could advise before

We spent 2 nights in Cambodia at the hotel . The staff are exceptional , extremely warm and welcoming . Hotel is spotless and all facilities were in working order. The hotel organized all the trips that we wanted to go on and always had a driver waiting for us on time . The restaurant serves excellent food with a wide variety of options . Would stay here again 100% when we are back in Siem reap .

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The spacious and clean rooms are complemented by a relaxing pool area. The friendly and welcoming staff make a positive impression. The hotel is conveniently located a five-minute drive from the centre. A convenient option for transportation is to order a tuk-tuk via Grab for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were lovely and the pool and resort were small and quiet, which suited us perfectly. It was a lovely place to return to after a busy day. Although not in the centre, a tuk-tuk ride out was no problem and a welcome respite.

A fantastic hotel in a prime location, between Siem Reap city centre and Angkor. It has a great design, helpful staff, and delicious breakfasts. They even gave us a lunchbox with breakfast before our sunrise tour to Angkor, which was a lovely surprise.

Great hotel! Big clean rooms, nice swimming pool, amazing staff. It’s a bit far from the city centre and all the fun. And the shower room has only one that shower on the ceiling and it’s a bit challenging to wash your hair especially if it’s long - takes time and effort.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was very good, similar to the restaurant. The staff was also very professional.
