The guesthouse was very nice and clean and the owners were very welcoming. Easy to take grab to the centrum so it was not a problem. Good place to stay, good price. Very nice dog at the property as well :) You can also rent a bike close to the place, which I highly recommend. Nothing wrong with the property, but there were no 7/11 type stores near. Have to go to the centrum to buy things. Except fresh fruits you can find from the market that is on the street every morning/day. That may also come as a slight shock when arriving but you get used to it.

Spacious room, fridge in the room, big and comfy bed. Absolutely great hosts that are always helping to find taxis, restaurants, and attractions, and are interesting to talk to. There is a very funny dog with fluffy ears, Coco! The location is a bit far away from the usual touristic places, so it is a little challenging to find a place for lunch/ dinner within the walking distance. There is a coffee place on the corner but it's just coffees, you can't really have breakfast there. Tuk-tuks are quite cheap though so get a Grab app and go dine in town.

Great owner and family, lovely building... Only grumble shower in strange position everything gets wet.

The owners are extremely friendly and helpful in organising tours and other activities. They keep in touch with their guests during the day and make them feel protected.

The hosts are lovely people and very helpful. They assisted with every aspect of the stay and helped with arranging transport and other needs. You find yourself among the real culture of Cambodia where such surprises are just outside the front gate of the residence.

It is a clean room, the staff were friendly even though they had no English. The man helped us with our grab order. The Aircon did not work in the room. We had to pay cash when we got there. The shower was basically in the toilet. It felt like it was someone’s house. The man was just sitting down watching tv in the lobby, a woman was having her dinner on a chair. It was close to Angkor wat but nothing else. The shops around only take Cambodia riel cash. The market outside the door, unavoidable, it can’t change but it just was not pleasant.

The hostess is very welcoming and friendly, kind and willing to help. The room was big and clean with facilities. Quiet and peaceful location between Angkor Temples and Siem Reap centre. It’s 3km from the centre of Siem Reap but easily accessible by tuktuk. Highly recommended!

The hosts were very friendly and helpfull. We rented some good bikes and got around in the city and Angor Wat. We liked everything.

Accurate to the pictures! Available A/C and small fridge. Just at 10 min by TukTuk from Angkor Wat, which they arranged for us at a fair price! The hospitality of the owners was exceptional! Location is a bit far from city center if you wanna reach it on foot. It is a very local area with no turists or other hotels close by. You are in the middle of a local market which can be a bit smelly when you go out from the hotel. Safe during daylight, but I’ll not recommend to walk alone at night

Beautiful house, great family. They were so kind, I felt like home. The market had some fishes and meat with lots of flies and it was not so pleasent to open the window to look at. The location is between city center and Angkor Wat on the suburbans. So it’s optimal to go anywhere from there with taxi or tuk-tuk.

The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. There's a market right in front of the premises which can be a bit loud in the morning.

Owner aranged extra services like taxi(tuk-tuk) massage all for the good price. Speeks well English. No problem with few hours late check-out.

The market outside the establishment They were not concerned about cleaning room. The host said I am sleeping and they clean when you are not in. I told her it was fine for them to clean.. she continued saying I sleep which was not true. I left out and they finally clean and threw my personal items out. I suggested they donot clean I would do it myself. She sent a tuk tuk to pick me up from bus station. The first time his price was reasonable. The second trip I used with him the distance was shorter and he charged me 3 x the amount. After that I used him no more.
