Great hotel for a short busy stay in SiemReap. Within walking distance to shopping mall. Plenty of places to eat along the main road. Room was lovely and a very comfortable huge bed.

The stay was very comfortable and it more than met our expectations. Whenever we weren't out exploring Angkor Wat or the local attractions, we spent quite a bit of time relaxing by the swimming pool.The hotel is well placed, There is also a wide selection of cafés, restaurants and local eateries nearby, giving plenty of choice throughout the stay.

We stayed here for a couple of nights before continuing our trip around Cambodia and I must say this is a fantastic hotel. The welcome on arrival is very friendly. Check in is easy and your bags are taken to your room. The room we had was amazing. Full tea and coffee making facilities along with complimentary bottled water were very welcome after a long journey. The bathroom is nice with a good shower, and the television has plenty of channels for all languages. We didn't get chance to use all of the hotel facilities, but the pool looks very nice and relaxing. What I can recommend as a must for anyone who stays is spending some time by the pool area in the evening. The atmosphere of Siem Reap at night is beautiful and the hotel provides a peaceful place to unwind after a day of exploring.

The staff was very nice and friendly, especially the front counter staff who gave us great recommendations and information about the city and where to eat etc. We really appreciated it. The breakfast was very nice and the staff again was extremely friendly and accommodating, and would actually go out of their way to offer us more food. Just fantastic service all around. The location is just slightly away from the main city centre but it's still very easily accessible via a short walk or tuk tuks. Apart from that, it's a great quiet location just next to a giant and overpriced supermarket, and the museum and raffles hotel is just opposite, which is why I booked the location so it's still not bad.

Clean Very poor air conditioning in room

Breakfast - was excellent. Perfect googy eggs and presented very well. The chicken salad was also a favourite. The room was clean and tidy and spacious. The pool area was also a lovely area to relax after a big day out. The staff were the biggest highlight though. Beautiful, friendly people who made the stay feel so much better. They greeted you with cold face towels when you got back from your day trips which was an absolute highlight. I will stay there again when in Siem Reap. Everything was fantastic....and its a great location as the hotel is in a pick up zone. Very handy to have.

It would have been nice if the ppl had been a little more cool so that it would be more refreshing from the heat.
