The Sanctuary Residence

We absolutely loved our stay at The Sanctuary Residence. All the staff are beautiful attentive friendly people and did everything they could to make sure we had a fabulous time. They even gave us a departing gift that we will wear with pride. Love love loved it there and will definitely stay there again when we come back ?

There staff are all amazing, my only complaint if you want to call it that was the bed was very hard.

I was very happy the only issue for me was claiming stairs. I should have said it before booking. ?

This is a must stay property if you are visiting Siem Reap! The staff could not do enough for you and the facilities were outstanding. The pool area was stunning and perfect for cooling off. The food from the hotel was also really delicious. An absolute bargain we would have stayed longer and will definitely return!

It is in need of an update. Starting to show it’s age.Beds were hard and uncomfortable. The bathrooms in particular need updating. Shower plumbing especially. Cleanliness of the room was subpar when we arrived.

Clean Hotel with Good A/C and Nice pool area. Hotel organised a tuk tuk to collect us from bus station, which really made our trip! Request Thong as your driver you won’t regret it!

My stay at the Sanctuary Residence, my first and second day in Cambodia, was a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. Despite contacting them over a month later for documentation to send to my university, they kindly obliged within one working day, which was extremely helpful. Their administration is clearly in order! Honestly, there wasn't really anything I didn't like. It was a beautiful place to stay and I'd recommend anyone do the same. After a 10,000km transit on three international flights from the UK, my airport transfer, as organised by the hotel through the Booking.com direct messaging section, was waiting for me as planned. Communication was faultless.

The room was a good size. Pool was clean. Room was cleaned everyday. Good location. It wasn’t too far from Pub Street and you don’t want to be too close to there. It’s very quiet
