The room, pool, location, staff, and restaurant were great. Overall, I liked this place. But there are a few things to consider. If you stay on the 3rd floor, you will walk up 4 flights of stairs; there is no elevator. I had an injured knee, I was told they could not move me to a lower floor because they were full. I saw no more than 10 people during my entire stay. The internet does not work on the 3rd floor, I used my phone as a hotspot. They do not have a water station on the 3rd floor. They give you 2 bottles, but I would suggest you come prepared unless you want to walk down. I would stay here again, but if stairs are a problem you might reconsider.

Room was clean and tidy...I'll stay again when we return. We booked an additional night...thats how highly we rated the place

Reservoir Hotels was an absolute delight . Great location , affordable , great food, great staff and owner , clean and beautifully designed boutique hotel . If you plan to visit Seim Reap consider this hidden gem instead of the big places . When I visit again this is the place I will stay .

Stunning Khmer decor throughout. An amazing restaraunt with awesome quality food which you would get from a high class restaraunt. Everyone made it feel like home with a 5 star service. Without a doubt the best i have experienced as the staff make your stay exeptional. The pool area is stunning. The best quote i ever heard from a host. " I didnt choose Cambodia, Cambodia chose me". I will be back very soon. Give it a try

great staff ,location,5 stars.

Staff were pleasant and the location is right in the center. A price commanded during the new year festival is rather a rip off for the quality offered. Thin walls. We could hear every single sentence uttered in another room which wasn't pleasant as very noisy family was staying on both sides.

So great and cosy vibes. Super cute and friendly Staff. Professional owner who Think about quality. Great breakfast and lunch. Cheap rooms. Amazing value for the money. Relaxing pool area. No noise from clubs and bars but still very close to everything you need.

Superb

Super helpful staff with smiling faces always ready to help . I like the Bodia brand shampoo and shower gel. Pool is clean but cold no sunshine all day . But it’s still nice after an exhausted morning trip to Angkor wat . Nothing

First and foremost the bed and bedding were the best I have had in many weeks (maybe nicer than my home). The linens were thick, soft and superb! The shower had endless hot water and the bathroom was designed well, Towels thick and large just perfect. The staff were superb and so kind and accommodating getting us a motorbike, currency exchange and recommendations for food. Especially a recommendation for a drink with the great pub next door. The owner is a French Gentleman named Quinten that is a chef. I had the pleasure to shoot the breeze with him for a couple hours. Super nice guy that cares about helping the people around the community. He seemed to have a kind soul but he’s still French :-) with a stoic look but huge heart. hHis food is spectacular. The pool is absolutely beautiful as is the remainder of the boutique hotel! Proximity to the ruins is fantastic as is the distance to the night market and pub street. You’re going to want to spend a good 4-5 days to see a good amount of the endless ruins and the markets/pun street. The restaurants located on the street are better than pub street other than Mesa which we liked a lot. If you can brave a motorbike definitely do it and explore the countryside around the temples. The sites are breathtaking. After 4:30 pm for Angkor Wat is spectacular as is the French restaurant up the street!

I loved how amazing stuff was, they are so nice and warm welcomed! Very helpful and friendly. They make you feel at home. Swimming pool is very nice, water a little bit chilly that’s why not many people are staying in the pool. In my room I had not nice smell when I turned off the ac, like from the plumbing. Also, during the night I could hear everything what’s going on in the hotel, even a person snoring next door, people coming late, sound proof is 0 . Early morning I could hear what’s going on at receptions. I stayed at 1 floor. You can even see the gaps on your entrance door that’s why you can hear everything. Charging sockets too low on the floor or behind night table - uncomfortable

Good location with restaurant attached serving tasty food but also so many places to eat within walking distance. Our room was cleaned well everyday with fresh towels. It was easy to book private airport transfer through the hotel at $35, our driver was a lovely man who had a nice clean car offering cold towels and water. The hotel offered a delicious welcome drink on arrival at the hotel. Fab swimming pool which was refreshingly cool. I didn’t feel 100% safe, the main entrance door to the hotel was open 24/7 and the door to our hotel room didn’t feel secure, one night we arrived back at the hotel and the security was asleep. Because the room door isn’t the best, you can hear everything from the main lobby, hallway and from outside on the street as they have the windows open in the hallway so if you’re sensitive to sound beware. It would be nice if they offered discount on the yoga classes as they charge $10 per class which is the same price as non-residents.

Very difficult to navigate and had to be very careful going up and down.
