Amazing property! Very comfortable beds, amazing staff that went above and beyond, clean rooms, and easy check in/out. There is even a pool and spa on the premises.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was fantastic. Easy walking distance to many excellent restaurants, street food, bars, and nightlife. The staff was amazing. The only thing we did not like about the property was the bathroom. It is very small and the shower is not separate from the rest. It’s just one tiny closet with a sink toilet and showerhead with a drain on the floor.

Once you're inside you're isolated from the city center and get the feeling of being inside an outdoor resort. Hotel staff super nice and helpful like Marita and the other ladies. They can book for you guided tours to the temples with Tuk-tuk drivers and guides. Other activities could be included, like visit to the Phare Circus. Spa activities were great as well. They also support the nurturing of talent by having interns working at the restaurant. I had many dishes at the hotel and outdoors; the salads were great, but the fish amok could have been less dry and more saucy (at least from my western point of view).

The area is aesthetically pleasing with nature surrounding it. The beds were comfortable and the pillows are so fluffy! The staff are all very friendly and meticulous with their work. The Khmer massage here is a must try for those looking to loosen up the tensions in their muscles.

Nothing. Remember that stairs are a little steep and narrow, so request lower or ground floor necessary

Every single person working here was so sweet and made us feel very welcome. The manager, Sam, was awesome! The pool area was nice and shaded from the sun. Would definitely stay here again.

All of the staff here went above and beyond to make our stay in Siem Reap comfortable and happy. When the ATM next door ate my debit card, the staff helped arrange with the bank to get it back to me. They always greeted us warmly when we arrived back at the hotel, and the massages we received at the hotel were excellent. Would stay again here in a heartbeat if I’m lucky enough to come back to Siem Reap!

I loved this place. The staff and management are wonderful. The location is perfect all downtown is easily walkable. But tuk tuk are easily available. The pool is clean and refreshing. There wasn't anything to not like

In a good location, close to everything you need ( places to eat, money exchanger, laundry service, chemist, market etc). Staff were amazing, very pleasant and helpful. Aircon in rooms was nice and cold, pool was great. Construction going on next door so noise started at 7am but that wasn't an issue as we were up early anyway. Construction noise next door may be an issue if you want a lie in!

Can't fault this Hotel as this is my hotel of choice when visiting SR. I stayed here numerous times, and the standards and friendliness of staff and management is every single time excellent. Highly recommend. Nothing. Everything is excellent.

We loved our stay here. Our room was large and very comfortable. The bed and pillows are plush. Everything was clean. The pool was refreshing with a good amount of lounge chairs and nice fresh pool towels. The restaurant was very good. Nice variety of food, good price, and good taste. The best part of the hotel was the service. The staff are so kind and helpful! Many are in training and are eager to learn and please. We always were welcomed “home” with a smile and a cool towel. Whether you needed a tour, tuk tuk, room service, or directions, the staff worked to provide it quickly. The afternoon tea was also lovely every day. WiFi was also good. There is no tv in the room. Not a problem, just fyi.
