Room matched pictures from online site. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Customers service were provided right away when needed. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, two separated room for shower & toliet. Didn't use the pool, appeared to be clean. No big parking space for cars, but not a problem. Street parking worked.

It's a nice cozy hotel with basic things available for staying. Clean bedsheets hot water in a shower and comfortable beds. The hotel is located far from the pub street which allows good night sleep. The hotel personnel is very polite and try to accommodate customers needs. We asked for airport pick up for extra money as well- good service. There is only one old iron available for the entire hotel, so pack clothes accordingly)))

Great spot, no complaints. Very comfortable and clean. Good location near the night market for delicious cheap eats. If you’re alone and want to meet people this is not for that. If you are happy by yourself or a couple this is great.

Great location and very nicely designed and decorated hotel. The staff were all lovely. Super comfortable bed and furniture in the room. Pool was a lovely afternoon escape from the heat. The 4 days we were there our room was not refreshed. We even asked for this at reception on our 3rd day and they took down our room number but still it was not done. Another small thing was that there was no cushions on the sub loungers by the pool which would have made it much more comfortable.

Room was spacious. Air con was quiet. The bed is squeaky. the edges of the bed was dangerous and we got some cuts on our legs while walking in the room. The door is slightly smaller than the door frame so people can actually look into the room if they want to.

Availability, location, room was spacious. We even had a swimming pool at our disposal. Not to clean, some repairs needed, sheet was teared.

The staff was great and really friendly and kind, even though there was a sllight language barrier. Room was really big compared to other hotels and got everything we needed. Even though the breakfast was simple they did everything they could to offer me other food (I got allergies). Location was quite good for our first stay in Siem Reap. Breakfast is very simple - few options, the majority of them were Cambodian breakfast like noodles and rice. Water in the pool was freezing cold! Also the sunbeds near pool weren´t really comfortable. Window in our room was facing other wall - so there was only a bit of light in the room. AC was a bit loud during night. TV was not working.

The Room was like on the pictures and everything was very clean. The Staff of the Hotel was amazing, very friendly and outgoing. It was the nicest staff during my whole Trip in Thailand, Vietnam and Laos.

The staff were all exceptional. The best place we stayed in Cambodia and amazing value for money.

Staff are so lovely! Always going the extra mile to help you. I unfortunately became ill during my stay and they helped with locating a doctor and brought hot tea to my room. Forever grateful for their kindness.
