The advertisements on booking are incorrect. The first night my room wasn't available so I was given a different room without a discount. Advertise: tv, satellite, cable, two pools, adult only.... All untrue and no discount was given. The owner spoke to me on the phone and basically said to ask booking.com for a refund knowing it was advertised incorrectly.

Beautiful room. Nice staff but not one word of English. I asked for salt she brought me a bowl of pepper lol The pool was cloudy, dirty. And the stairs to enter were broken The breakfast was not good, eggs taste old and they put pepper in which I cannot eat, croissant was hard

Very run down and staff hard to communicate with. TV was broken and no attempt to fix or change rooms.

Super hotel, very nice rooms, ground floor is attacked by mosquitoes, but not a problem. Swimming pool is fresh water, no chlorine, loved it. Friendly staff. Close to everything. Quiet calm sleep. Nothing.

I liked the atmosphere very much, staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was a good addon even though I didn't find the time to dip in during my short stay. Rooms were cozy with large bathrooms. In general the esthetic was a classic kind of a colonial era type, which I liked. Couple of nice cafés in the vicinity where you can have breakfast, Romsai café 500m away was exellent and Sky café just behind the corner also good! The only thing I would've liked was breakfast included, but it didn't really matter much since the accommodation was quite affordable!

Lovely room in front of the pool Perhaps I’m a light sleeper, but the bass from nearby live music didn’t stop until 4am and I had to move. For those who always sleep or can use ear plugs, this is a nice hotel.

- Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms - Big bathroom with proper shower pressure - Nice, clean pool - Decent Wi-Fi (I guess it depends where your room is) - Kind, smiley staff but difficult to communicate at times - Fantastic value for money, especially the pool to cool off after Angkor - Great location, just 5-7 min walk from the main busy streets. Nice restaurants nearby (2 min walk) - No opportunity for breakfast :( - Difficult to communicate with staff, limited English

A lovely small and clean hotel with a great pool and garden to relax by after a day’s exploring. All the staff were very kind and helpful, especially Naron on the front desk who helped with booking our trips. N/A
