This was an enjoyable stay. The staff is lovely and the driver they connected us with (Tony) was fantastic. He drove four days for us, including an airport transport, and was so knowledgeable about all things Siem Reap. It was hot and dry while we were there, so the hotel pool was especially appreciated.

We absolutely loved our stay here, we upgraded to one of the 2 poolside rooms, the staff, pool and breakfast all outstanding Nothing 11/10

Very gracious staff, nice upgrade, lots of room.

Staff were welcoming and kind. The location was good for walking. Close to shops and plenty of food choices. Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, good linens. I thought breakfast had a good variety to choose from came with fresh fruit and juice. Got a breakfast to go on the day we went to see the temples at sunrise. The pool was clean and a nice place to cool off. I can’t think of anything to complain about.

Such a nice hotel, beautiful decorated large rooms, very clean in a nice area, where you can safely walk everywhere. The breakfast was excellent. Lovely staff. I would definitely come back and like to recommend this place to anyone. Very good value for money. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Good location not far from the area of restaurants and pubs. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room comfortable and cleaned well every day. Good value for money, with a great balance between quality and price. Everything was good.

This is my third time staying at this fabulous and convenient hotel since the hotel first opened. Staff were accommodating and changed the room after the first night upon my request. Room service was an added bonus with breakfast in my room. The breakfast menu is top notch (not buffet style). Very convenient to have a laundry place within 5 minutes with deliver laundry pick up from Piseth.

We stayed at Siem Reap Palace Hotel for a week and highly recommend it. The room was spacious, bed and bedding were very comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful. A large cooked breakfast is included in the price, including a delicious cappuccino. We enjoyed the salt water pool and loungers. The hotel arranged 3 days of tuktuk transport to the temples with the amazing Mr. Dy. He surprised us with a cold lemon-scented cloth and cold water after each temple. If you are looking for an afternoon coffee and dessert, Vintage Siem Reap is just steps away.

Our family of 4 had a great stay here. We had a family room with a main room with two beds for our kids and a side room with a queen bed. The side room had a door but it was glass so not fully private (not an issue but just noting for awareness). The bathroom was gigantic. Overall, the room wasn't particularly fancy but was clean and an incredible value for the price. The location of the hotel was perfect, near lots of restaurants and the markets so we could walk everywhere in town but still a quiet street. We rented scooters to get to the temples and were able to park them safely overnight. The pool was lovely and a good break from the heat in the middle of the day. We were greeted with juice, fruit, and scented cool towels at check-in (the kids loved this touch) and had free breakfast every day that was very good.

Price is cheap for a hotel with all these qualities

A very serene property set back from the street with lush landscaping. The public seating areas in the lobby and breakfast area were most pleasant. The room was spacious and airy. Breakfast was from a set menu with about a dozen choices and pretty filling. The staff was very attentive and gracious. The property was about a 10 minute walk to the night market across the river but there were also several restaurant choices nearby. No hot water on my last morning.

The location was perfect as the property is on a less busy street and yet in walking distance to many restaurants and the night markets and the crazy pub street. The staff was friendly and the beds comfortable although a little hard. Breakfast was very good, you basically can order what you want. They gave us a very large boxed breakfast, including two hard boiled eggs each, for our sunrise morning at Angkor Wat. The room was minimal in terms of shelving and hanging spaces. The signage from the road was hidden behind foliage.

Nice hotel within walking distance of the town center. Large rooms. Simply furnished but comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of choices for breakfast. We’ve stayed in other similarly priced hotels in Siem Reap and this was certainly better than the others in almost every regard. Don’t expect ultra fancy plush furnishings, but what you do get is practical, clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was a bit on the warm side.
