The attic window blinds were broken and no curtains, which made it a lit-up night sleep.
-
shower holder only at waist level. Everything else excellent.

The parking was about 150 m away in a fenced and locked lot. Each time you had to be acompanied woth hotel stuff to open to close to come back etc

The hotel we chose for an overnight rest before our motorcycle tour was very comfortable, clean, and stylish. We reached the city center in 15 minutes on foot. Although everything was generally nice, I don't remember the exact start time for breakfast, let's say 6:30, but even though we were there at exact timr, the doors were closed, and a rather rude chef wouldn't let us in; his attitude wasn't pleasant either. Apart from that, everything else was very nice.

Great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff and an excellent location. Parking can be a bit challenging in the area, but the hotel offers paid parking if needed, which is very convenient. I regularly stay here whenever I’m in Sofia and have always had a great experience. Would recommend.

Room spacious with deep free standing bath and comfortable bed. Pleasant small balcony to sit out on. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice (hot & cold). Staff friendly and helpful. Near train station for onward journey. All good

I can say something specific for this price was a great price and value ratio

Wonderful breakfast, comfortable room though I thought we had the nice bath in the room but that was not to be. Take care to check if the bath is included or not. Very comfortable otherwise. A bit "out of the way" but was handy for public transport and the staff were helpful

I had above the bed a window that reflected the sun, and there was no way to prevent it, the room was too hot. Their condition didn’t help because of this window. . The breakfast was OK .. don’t eat eggs !!

The location is not so great, about 15 min walk to the tram, 20 min walk to the city center The area around the hotel fills less safe

Air conditioning not working as expected.

The food was quite good and some of the staff was wonderful (mostly Alex, but there were a select few who did a very good job). The hot baths were very nice as well, and the selection of coffee and alcohol was decent. The gym was phenomenal. We received a birthday cake for my wife for no extra charge (though I did have to remind them a couple of times), which was a nice touch. The problem starts with the staff. Many don't speak a word of English but at least try their best. The two places where service was really bad were the lower lounge bar and the pool bar. The pool bar bartender was a real jerk. The receptionists were also quite unfriendly. We also didn't like their policy of charging extra 20 euros for an hour of late check out. It's a greedy move when you pay 300+ euros oer a night (and we stayed for three nights, too). Food was usually quite good at dinner. We were also happy with the cocktails avaiable to us (only two types for all inclusive pass, but we didn't mind it). However, the food was often cold and after two days it got really repetitive. We're pretty sure they cycle the food from the main restaurant to the other resturants, so it would often be very stale at the end of the day. The late night restaurant almost never had anything left after midnight (it's supposed to have food available until 2:00). Location is a bit far from Sofia (2 hour drive with no direct buses or trains) and taxis here are expensive (around 100 euros). It is very close to Bansko though. All in all we had a good stay, but we probably won't be back. It's the little things that need improvement. Mostly the staff needs to be trained further. If only they were like Alex!

Variety for breakfast- Staff very accommodating Had to change room 3 times. Tv didn’t work in room 1 so changed to room 2 but air didn’t work so couldn’t sleep since room was on busy street -the next day I took a room in back 1/2 the size and the temperature control didn’t work so I gave up. But at least it was quiet.

Bathroom in my room was smelling not good.

We booked a one-night stay in a special room with a bathtub upgrade, but there was no hot water at all throughout the st
