There is not a self check luggage scale for travelers with air lines.

The breakfast was excellent. A large selection of American and Europe dishes, fresh fruit and vegetables along with tasty pastries. I cannot think of anything.

This place is one problem short of being a perfect 10. It’s the most comfortable bed and pillows we’ve had in a month of traveling. The bath and shower are also great. Every staff member was outstanding. There is a terrace on the top floor that is great for having coffee and watching the sunset. They have centralized cooling and it is very weak. We were there for two days with the air-conditioning on maximum and our room never cooled below 25°. If you don’t mind being quite warm in your room, it’s not a problem.

The location of the hotel is amazing and everything is so accessible. I liked that it’s near the Metro Station and 2 minutes away from Vitosha Boulevard Nothing to share however maybe the breakfast variety may have been better

This hotel is my home in Sofia. It’s conveniently located, it’s clean and for many years I have been using it as my place in Sofia. Thank you for the free upgrade! I find the hotel a bit down compared to when it belonged to Best Western management.

The stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The hotel is in an excellent location, the breakfast was varied and delicious. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are polite and courteous. Highly recommended! You need to find parking on your own, but there is always enough space available around the hotel.

The price-quality of the room is solid: for 89 euros, I my partner and I gained a room with breakfast included in a good location. Furthermore, the staff is quite helpful, as we had issues with our taxi driver and they helped us out by providing solutions. The room is not entirely soundproof from the hallway, which - if you are an early sleeper - can be sometimes disturbing, as you can hear people in the hallway.

Great location in the center of Sofia, nice breakfast with many options. Stayed there a few times this summer between trips and the staff was always helpful and polite. Would stay there again when I go to Sofia.
