Locations The room on the main floor was dark. I hate carpet!

The walls were extremely thin and we were placed in the room near the entrance so we were woken up by the noise early in the morning, the design was a little old, but it was a good value for the money.

The location is perfect ❤️ There were spider mites on the ceiling.

The lady at the reception gave me a big room at the ground floor because I had large luggage. Upon check-out, the gentle

The area was quite and nice, with bars and cafes around. The hotel is really close to the cathedral and some main spots. 1. The smell in the hotel wasn't that great at some times. 2. The WIFI was not working in our room at all, that's the biggest issue we had. 3. The hotel itself is a bit old, but the value for money is excellent.

Cleanliness. Hotel located in a very good area. Everything close by. Shop, restaurant, public transportation, park and all the visiting spots are very close to the hotel. Safe area. Staff at the hotel are very helpful and informative.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The hotel is located right next to the Egyptian embassy, which means it is impossible to stop even for a second to drop off passengers or luggage. This creates a lot of unnecessary stress upon arrival. The mattresses are extremely hard, almost like sleeping on a wooden board. I woke up every morning with severe back pain. The beds themselves are very narrow, more like children’s beds than standard adult beds. The pillows and blankets are very small and offer little comfort. There is virtually no privacy in the bathroom and toilet area, as the glass is almost completely transparent. This is highly uncomfortable and inappropriate for most guests. The hotel feels very outdated, with old furniture that is worn out and falling apart. On top of all that, there is absolutely no parking available in the area, which makes staying here even more inconvenient. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located at the top center of Sofia (capital). It is in very close proximity to affordable and luxury restaurants, bars, discoes, institutions and metropolitan (subway) station (up to 10 min from Serdika metro station). The reception was available 24h and the service was very polite. The double room was very clean; TV, wi-fi, air-conditioner and clean towels were available. Despite the location near busy traffic street, the room was quiet. There is a small square lane in front of the hotel (called Crystal garden). No such.

Beds, bugs, lack of parking.

Location. Photos (and reviews?) were misleading. The hotel reeked of incense or what? My room was claustrophobic and shoddy. Hot water was sporadic at best. Lighting and (lack of) furniture poor. Room needed repairs. Wall “art” tacky and stupidly sexually suggestive.

Perfect location. Staff quite nice (although in a "Bulgarian" way :) not too many smiles but we are from Slovakia so we are quite used to this :)). Comfortable bed, clean room. For this amount of money in this location right in the city centre you simple cannot ask for more. Had a room facing the street so it was very noisy when someone was walking around. Luckily it was raining so not many people passing around. Probably it is better in rooms facing other directions. Sauna and pool not very welcoming and clean looking, so we didnt use it.

The room was a bit dirty with some hair from I guess other guests.
