We chose the hotel for some facilities (family with 2 children) presented in the description, but we found that we could not benefit from them because the program is like 10-13 and 15-18 for children at the pool....which was totally unpleasant considering that we arrived at 5.30....the spa program is given until 8, but it seems that only for adults from 6 to 8....unfortunately this information does not appear on the site or on booking! In addition, on the day we checked in the TV did not work because they had a technical problem (we would have liked to see the Argentina - Egypt 3-2 match)! In conclusion, if you have children and want to go to the pool, it is best to inform yourself about the program!

The room was too big, expensive, the water pressure was so low, couldn't take shower. Pool and spa were on additional charge so couldn't use them. Overall I paid a lot and was very disappointed.
