Warm, spacious and cozy room. The receptionist was also very friendly.

It was clean. The staff was very friendly and responsive. There is a kind of parking lot. The room itself is very well equipped and everything was working fine. On the ground level there is a car wash. My room was above it and it was really noisy when a car was washed. That was the only thing that caused me some inconvenience.

Nice staff, ok value There was black mold in the bathroom and the facilities were overall poorly maintained. The bathroom mirror and other small items were rusty, there were holes in the tile, hand prints on the wall.

When I arrived, I was met with an unexpected public transport strike, which made my stay quite challenging. The receptionist went above and beyond to assist me in securing a taxi but was unfortunately unable to do so. To my pleasant surprise, one of the staff members generously offered me a ride in her private car. I insisted on offering her money for the ride, but she kindly refused. Her kindness truly made a significant difference in my day. While the hotel itself may be a regular establishment, it is the warmth and willingness of the team to help that truly stands out. The exceptional attitude and generosity of the staff have left a lasting impression on me. Thank you once again for welcoming me to Sofia. I look forward to my next visit!
