The staff is helpful, and open. If you are solo bagpacker there is a place to make yourself breakfast. -

A very good location right in the heart of city with all sights and a metro station right in front of you. Welcoming and helpful staff. Clean. All faucets and sinks work well. Very low ceilings. If you are tall enough- you will hit your head.

Location close to train station Smell of mold from dampen carpet. All those reviews on Google and TripAdvisor complaining for smell are absolutely true.
-
It's a dump. The staff are rude and unhelpful. And it's expensive
-
Lack of housekeeping on the first day; dead cockroaches on the floor; sauna not working; strange smell in one room; no shower cubicle so toilet and basin (ie the whole room) get wet after a shower; rooms dated

the cleaniness could be imrpoved
-
if they had a better shower cabin and the hot water in the evening could be better regulated, the hallway was hot and the room was colder, but there was air conditioning that could be turned up to heat

Very good location, 24h reception is very handy, room size was very good Bathroom ventilator and fridge were extremly loud, the door had no soundprooving ability, which is a bad combo with the one male receptoinist who had loud and long conversations with some ppl in the lobby (directly next to our room 101) after 21/22pm regularly. Not every lamp worked. The only light switch was too far away from the bed. The cair was disgusting, had stains in different colors, looked very dirty.

The location of the hotel is very central, however, the parking situation is quite bad due to it being so central. It seems like the hotel is taking good advantage of this by charging 20 Euro (40 Leva) for a day to have your car parked in a "secured" parking. The cars are still outside, just behind a barrier. We specifically asked for the beds to be separated, however, in the room for 3 people they weren't. Furthermore in the page of the hotel it specifically says that there is free parking (one of the reasons we choose this hotel was because of the parking situation), however, when we went to the reception to check-in, we were told that the Blue zone is active on weekends since New Years (PROBABLY) and that we should be the ones checking if we wanted to leave out cars there - in front of the hotel. Immediately afterwards we were offered a "secure" parking alternative provided by the hotel for 20 euros (40 Leva) per car.

EVERYTHING IS GOOD EXCEPT ONE THING. Smoking must be infront of the hotel, no smoking area in hotel.

Great location, close to all the touristic places. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Room was good, with comfortable beds and warm temperatures.

The location is REALLY great, the center of Sofia with a walking distance for pretty much everything. The staff were really nice and even offered to change rooms after we asked. The spa the hotel offers actually not bad at all, small but comfy, has great sauna! Might be our bad luck but our room smelled bad the moment we came in, my guess is because the room was the closest to the spa it smelled. The staff did provide us an air freshener + change of rooms. The room had 2 out of 4 lights broken and in general the room was dark regardless of the lights.

Great location. great value and friendly staff.

Poor Wi-Fi
-
Room was too small for the bed, couldn’t walk around the room. Bathroom style is whole area is shower so it floods the whole bathroom area. WiFi did not work at all in the room unfortunately.

Great location I have stayed at this hotel many times, but during my last visit i got many bites, which I suspect were from bed bugs and developed allergic skin reactions . I stayed in room 104 on aug 24, 2025. Very disappointing.
-
Central location. Absolutely valuable for the price. It would be nice if there was a designated parking lot, or one with reasonable price for a long stay.
-
The location is perfect and close to all the important sights of Sofia.
-
Bathroom same as toilet.

Was overall quite outdated, central heating was blasting throughout the night so I got sick. Should be less expensive for what the room was.
