Nice location, everything is nearby.

Everything was newly renovated, clean, the atmosphere was great and the staff was friendly. I had a great time. Happy hour was so much fun!!! Thanks again for such a fun time!!!! The location was perfect! There was no elevator.

Everything I wanted was close by. Also, I could wash my clothes on the premises before continuing my travels.

Clean homely cosy hostel. The staff were fun. I was ambivalent about booking due to the score but it is fine now. I stayed in both the dorm and private and extended my stay multiple times. The bunk beds are new, wooden and big. The kitchen had everything, even an oven. Big fridge. The toilets worked perfectly. The showers too. Everything is cleaned everyday. The lounge is the centrepiece and very cool and bigger than the picture. Big TV to watch music videos or sport or whatever. Little bar in the corner. Safe (many locks to ensure this). And the neighborhood is one of my favorites in Sofia. This isn't a glamhostel but I loved it. And the price for this quality is exceptional. Highly recommend.

A solid place for its price

Supermarkets and pastry shops within 5 minutes. Multiple museums within 10 minutes. Friendly crowd.

The staff was professional, and they went above and beyond to keep the place clean and welcoming. There is a full kitchen. I've cooked some delicious meals in my spare time. The WiFi was solid. The crowd of residents was very diverse so everybody could find a new friend to their liking.

I was ambivalent about booking this place because of the low score but it must have had some growing pains as it is has now flourished into a very welcoming and homely environment with decent big wooden bunkbeds, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice lounge area for chilling out in with a huge TV and little bar. I was pleasantly surprised and made to feel at home by the staff and other guests. Highly recommended.

Simple, small room. No place putting your staf, I stay in upper bad and no place for phone, charger.. the kitchen and shower sharing the same door.

Absolutely nothing. It was extremely unclean. The host (man) entered the all girls room without knocking the door even.

The room wasn’t so clean, I assume there were plastic bags from previous customer. Furnitures were old. The bedspreads were clean, but there were stains on the pillows and mattresses. Also used socks and shoes around the common areas, and messy

The gentleman that checked us in was rude and soured the experience of the hostel. After that, we weren't as interested in hanging out or using the bar. In his defense, he apologized for his behavior, but it was the oddest check in we've had anywhere in the world.

The location is good, close to Serdika metro station. The breakfast is in a bakery/cafe very close by and it is DELICIOUS. You can choose a combo, I chose Banitsa + chocolate muffin. The bed is pretty comfortable and the ceiling of the room was cool. The bathroom was not of my liking. The check in was a bit annoying.

location my bed is beside the windows and enjoy sun shines in the morning 1. The shower rooms with doors were shut down during my booking without agreement and reminding in advance. The alternative shower rooms are only equipped with curtains without doors to lock from inner side 2. My bed has bed bugs, i was not bitten only for the first night. 3. I was informed the bed would be changed daily when welcoming, but actually no changes during my booking unless I change my bed myself
