Sofia Place Hotel by HMG

The location is amazing and there is good value for money The only thing we didnt like is that the AC wasnt strong enough. We booked this place specifically (in mid July) because it has AC, but it was so weak it was struggeling to cool the room.

Very nice hotel, very kind staff, very good location and 24/8 reception, at the centre, and kitchen, terrace, elevator, strong Internet and air conditioner. Very nice and large bathroom and very comfortable beds. Nothing!

The location is very good, close to Vitosha av. The staff were friendly. The room was quite clean, with complimentary tea and coffee, which is nice. The internet was fast enough for a video conference.

Furniture is a little bit outdated

The receptionist was incredibly welcoming, respectful, and helpful. He helped me with everything I needed. Even though he’s not a young man, he still goes out of his way to help everyone. Thank you so much for your kindness and great service

The staff It was old, a/c was broke, and balcony wasn’t a balcony but I little gab for people to smoke. I was support to have balcony with a/c the staff did move me which was better. Hot water kept cutting out and the shower drain was backing up.

Excellent location and helpful staff. The room is comfortable and I appreciated the complimentary bottle of water, especially since I arrived late. This is one of my go-to hotels when I travel to and from Sofia. It's quiet even though it's close to the city center. nothing serious

The property was great, the outstanding service from Jana Krustewa at the reception made my stay truly special. She was incredibly professional, helpful, and extremely efficient—she sent my hotel invoice immediately without any delay. Excellent hospitality!! Nothing, everything was perfect.

Very large bathroom, with terrace, in fact every room is like a miniapartment, bigger than a typical studio. Top location in the centre and very very kind staff. There is nothin that I could point.

Great location just off Vitosha Street, which is the main pedestrian area. Comfortable bed, hot water pot for tea and coffee. Air conditioner remote did not work. AC was on continually and room was chilly at night and we could not adjust it. One side of the sliding shower door was missing. Our room was at the end of the hallway and Internet was weak.

Some amenities in the room need renovation. Good location.

VERY POLITE STAFF, VERY GOOD PRICE AND LOCATION, VERY LARGE ROOM WITH KITCHEN! Lift, cable Tv and Internet, nice large bathroom! Nothing!

Location and cleanliness Separated from main hotel.

Room! Bed! It's was my 3rd time in this hotel. The other 2 times where ok. But, something bad happened in this hotel.

Location, staff, value for money

Good central location. Although not Particularly close to the metro, you’re never very far from one in central Sofia. Nice that they provide water. Room smelled like cat pee and was very unclean. Possibly the worst bed I’ve ever slept on - It stabbed me and broke my skin when i sat up. Sleeping on it, you can feel the coils. My particular room was ground level next to a parking lot. It was really loud.
