VIKO Boutique Apart Hotel

A very good hotel. The staff assistance was excellent and assisted us on everything we needed. In particular, Daisy was very responsive in respect to getting a quiet room in a high floor. We stayed in room 504 which is very comfortable, with a lot of space, all the standard facilities and very quiet. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The hotel location is fairly good, not far from a metro station and walking distance from Vitosha boulevard. To other main attractions you may need to travel (taxis are cheap in Sofia). Very recommended. Nothing. Everything was good. We had an excellent stay in this hotel.

Everything about this apartment hotel was amazing. The staff were absolutely lovely, very helpful, and truly service-oriented. The breakfast was fantastic, with fluffy pancakes, a wide variety of meats, and delicious salmon — everything was very fresh and tasty. The hotel is very clean and well put together, with all the utensils you could possibly need during your stay in Sofia. We were also pleasantly upgraded to a spacious and stylish room, which made us very happy. The location is excellent, with a supermarket right across the street, just a five-minute walk from the Grand Millennium Hotel (which has a casino), and many great restaurants and shops within 10–15 minutes walking distance. Overall, a very, very nice experience that we highly recommend.

Great hotel, great location! Loved how clean and comfy the room was. The waitress in the restaurant was super careful and always trying to make us comfortable. The rooms were extremely hot. The only thing that bothered me a bit is that the parking was a bit small and a bit hard to maneuver with my SUV, but it's in the "basement" of the building so there is nothing to do about it. Great hotel, I highly recommend!

Excellent Service, distance from center and sightseeing (abt 15- 25' walking), safe area, cozy and clean room for family, full equipment (iron, safe etc) Breakfast for 4 persons is bit expensive if you arrange on the spot so better

The room was spacious , and comfortable . breakfast was ok , Staff were helpful. Nice touch for our anniversary wine and chocolate More choice at breakfast , had to ask every morning for cold milk. Nice kitchenette , but no cleaning materials i.e washing up liquid.

My request for early check-in before 2 PM was approved, which added to my comfort. The room was very spacious, clean, and equipped with all the essential amenities for a pleasant stay. The Wi-Fi was fast, the bathroom was spacious and well-designed, and the cleaning services were provided daily with great efficiency. Overall, I loved staying at this hotel, and it was a fantastic experience that I would love to repeat in the future. There were no negative remarks about this hotel; everything was excellent.

What a fantastic hidden gem! For someone from Sofia, I had zero expectations from an aparthotel as nothing beats the home coziness. Wrong! The staff was so incredibly accommodating, and the facilities are so comfortable, spotlessly clean, and thoughtful that it made my stay extremely pleasant. Special compliments to the breakfast team for their true care for customers. I witnessed a client who was fasting and was not 100% satisfied with the choice, and she was given an immediate solution in the friendliest possible manner. The variety and quality at breakfast were excellent. Don't expect massive food stations like in a chain hotel because the hotel only has a few rooms, so unnecessary food waste was considered. The cleaning service was superb, and I don't remember the last time I stayed in a cleaner hotel. The bed was comfortable, the storage was exuberant, and the balcony was a great plus. I would recommend this hotel to solo travellers and families and would definitely book again.
