The location friendly stuff, good price We liked everything about this place

It was not clean at all - dead flies on the floor near the window, spider webs, dusty lamp. Many things to repair in room 202 - the sink in the bathroom was leaking, the pipe of the toilet was leaking, the smell from the drain is bad, the lights need to be fixed. The price for a room is too high for this quality.

The young lady at reception was polite and very helpful. It must be embarrassing for her to welcome guests in to this "hotel" We booked this hotel because they told us that they did airport shuttle and they did not. The hotel said it had a restaurant, it did but it was closed. We booked a balcony room and when we opened the balcony door it fell off. The carpet was mouldy . There was about a 6" gap between the end of the bed and the cabinet with a TV that did not work. The tiny bathroom had urine on the floor and mould around the base of the toilet. No kettle or other coffee or basic facilities that you would expect. pillows was made from pieces of foam that was very lumpy. The shower soaked the toilet and the toilet roll and you had to mop the water up using a towel. The only good thing i can say about the room was the bed was actually clean and comfortable. It makes me wonder if the management walk around with their eyes closed or have become accustomed to how dirty their hotel has become! We had to resort to going to a shop around the corner to buy something to drink and eat, we asked the hotel for a glass and a couple of plates, they did not have any!

Friendly staff and owner present. Easy access to airport. Need a kettle in the room for a hot drink.

Seeing the place you would be surprised to find that it has hot water running in the shower. If you ever do the mistake on going to this place you would understand what exactly I mean by this. Horrible experience from even before check in is the very least I can say for this place. Dark and dodgy! The only explanation I have for the positive feedback on here are that they are paid to advertise. If you don't believe me go and try your luck with this place. There was no clear instruction on how to check in after 8pm (as after this time there is no one to be found in or nearby the hotel). I tied to contact the property several times on Booking.com before my check in, I sent them a text and email and got no response. At the end I had to call them from outside the country to finally receive some check in instructions. Eventually I did and I was given a room number to self check in on my arrival. At my arrival at the property the room I was assigned to was locked to my surprise and there was no one I could contact to figure out what it's going on. So I had to walk around the hotel and settle my self in one of the rooms that were left with the keys on the door - all other rooms were dirty and sheets/ towers used and thrown on the bed or at floor. The room I found to be at least in some kind of tidy condition had its heater not working and so being at the last floor was freezing cold (no blankets were left in that room) and smelled mouldy. I only had a few hours sleep in there and could not wait until the next morning to be able to catch a first possible taxi and run away from this place.

The guy on reception was extremely helpful and although he said it's ok to ring anytime I didn't feel it was right to bother him Great blackout curtains. Fridge dirty, sink dirty, duvet cover that stained I didn't put it on the bed, no coffee making facilities. Cold room and noisy guests. Smell of cigarettes everywhere.wetroom - my mistake there as I obviously didn't check. No electric sockets to reach where you dry your hair - yes there's one in the bathroom but that doesn't reach so that you can see in the mirror either.
