This hotel exceeded our expectations. It is absolutely breathtaking and the views are stunning. The staff is extremely attentive and it felt like a 5 star resort. If you are staying in the back villa, the walk is quite long so I recommend paying more for a room in the main hotel if you are disabled in anyway.

Very courteous and accommodating

The staff were amazing! Went over and beyond for us. We were there 4th of July and breakfast had little American flags. There were pancakes. Great cappucino! Great food. Amazing facilities. Nice bar. Gym needed to be scheduled. Often the shuttle to Marina Piccolo can be late or overfull. A bit of a trek to the Marina Piccolo (15 minutes going there and 10 minutes back). Shuttle also does not run during lunch time.

The views, staff, food, excellent room

The property was beautiful! Excellent staff, dining was great! Not in walking distance to city center but there is a hotel shuttle to town or taxi is an option

The view was phenomenal. The staff were helpful and accommodating. It was clean, and comfortable. The shuttle was too restrictive in how often it took you to town. Skips several hours in the afternoon and we had to wait hours or rearrange our schedules to get on the shuttle. The option was to pay $35 dollars every time we took a cab, which we had to do a couple of times. The breakfast was ok, scrambled eggs, and some fresh fruit, pastries, same things daily. The wait staff for breakfast were very nice. The pool hours were too restrictive, could not swim after 7pm for some reason, but the pool was heated and wonderful.

Very nice pool area and great views. The restaurant and service at the restaurant were outstanding. The place is bright and airy. Friendly responsive staff throughout. Solid shuttle service. Control of A/C. Pool too warm to be refreshing. Relatively pricy considering it’s not in a central location. Parking is available but doesn’t seem to be plentiful.

The property was at an excellent location with beautiful views of Mt Vesuvius and the coast as highlights. The pool and jacuzzi were warm and lovely. We especially appreciated the convenient shuttle. I can’t think of anything.

Lovely facilities and great breakfast. Great views. Having to time the shuttle bus bit the wall into town was fine

The only thing is that the bathroom could use a little upgrade.

The place is amazing, and its location makes it even more amazing. The facilities are great and staff is very nice. One must take in mind that there is not much parking space

The hot tub was closed and full of decaying leaves, with no notice.

The Mountain View is incredible! The food excellent and the waitress are really hard working people. You won’t regret to book this place Just because is up in the hill a little difficult to go down and up every day. But the hotel and views are amazing.

Really impressed by customer service, cleanliness, breakfast was really exceptional. Room cleaning service left our room spotless every single day. Shuttle service to and from hotel to the center of the city if a huge plus . Highly recommend hotel. I would definitely return.

- View from the hotel is amazing!!! - Friendliness and professionalism of hotel's personnel (reception team and restaurant team) - Free shuttle bus to the city is a huge plus, as hotel is located a bit outside of Sorrento on a hill - Gym, parking places, good wi-fi, beautiful common areas, hotel design We were really dissappointed with the taste of food at the restaurant (a la cart for dinner/lunch). Besides the Christmas Eve special menu, all other food was tasteless. Our impression was that the products used were simply low quality. When you pay 30 EUR per meal at such a hotel, you would expect a certain quality of ypur meal. Unfortunately, we heard also other guests complaining about the same. Therefore, -1 point just for the food. You can forgive such things for breakfast menu, which is included in the rate of the room, but not when you pay extra. If not for the heavy rains, we would go every night to the city centre for dinner, of course, as the hotel provides a shuttle bus.
