Great breakfast. Homemade baked goods. Service with a smile and great coffee. Great pool No Sidewalks directly adjacent to the property but that’s not the hotels fault. Walking to a few places along busy road requires attention.

The bed was OK. This is more a me thing though, as I like softer beds, and it seems like all of Iraly has more firm mattresses.

The room was amazing, super clean and what a view from the balcony!!!! The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff very attentive. the front of house staff were absolutely the best. Anything and everything!

This is a small hotel operated with a very personable staff. English is spoken. The hotel is located on a bluff above the exclusive pedestrian-only downtown area. All the rooms have balconies with grand views of the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. A great breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10 AM with many savory and sweet choices. Very professional staff are ready to help with anything. A rooftop infinity swimming pool has an adjoining sunning deck. We found it a very desirable hotel for our time in Sorrento and would stay there again.

The hotel was absolutely lovely and cozy. Our room was spotless, with a breathtaking view of the sea, and has everything we could possibly need. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We adored every member of the team, with special gratitude to Tina and Mauro. The location was simply the best, just an 18-20 minute walk from downtown. The walk was scenic, offering sea view, cliffs and mountain views, fragrant lemon gardens, and lots of shops along the way. We always preferred to walk back to the hotel instead of taking a taxi. Breakfast was good with many sweet and savory treats, made even more enjoyable by Tina's incredible warmth. If we ever find ourselves in Sorrento again, Helios Hotel will surely be our top choice for accommodation. Nothing
